Decided to make this a concept video. Idea is, since the song is titled "How Do I Say," the character is trying to entice this exotic woman he has seen in a foreign country to which he does not speak the language of. Because of this inability to communicate, the female dancers are acting such as a guard to the main girl to keep her from harm's way, even though the main girl is attracted to the foreigner as well. The Duet portion of the piece is meant to be the main character's imagination. Even though he is chasing her, they both have a connection and feel one another. The idea is they dance the same dance with each other in each others mind, without ever really speaking to one another. Least that's how I felt about it lol. Thank you to the amazing group of dancers I had who came in on a Thursday night at 10pm and some of which stayed till 3am to learn, rehearse, and record this video.
