When I went to the Konan-shi mandala temple to watch wisteria in last year, I felt it as a state of health of the wisteria was not good. However, I felt it when I went out with a couple today on April 18 as a state of health of the wisteria recovered wonderfully. I visited flower Park along Kiso-gawa River and the institution of the Konan-shi event after having taken a walk through a park almost an average year.
