Ok i finally settled on one project and finished it. I am very proud of this AMV and i think i have really started to find my own style. After my last amv, and after working out all the tricks of my program, i decided to use less complicated effects for two reasons: first, i felt that this anime is not one in which excessive effects are needed. second, after watching lots of amvs here on youtube, i have seen so many inexperienced artists going for as many effects as they can and not puting in feeling. editing is not about how tech-savvy you are or how fast you can play clips, its about feeling, including the right pause and sync to the music. i want to show what an amv is supposed to be, not how many effects i can use.
