In a recent survey taken by the American Consumer Satisfaction Index, Yahoo barely outscored Google. While Yahoo’s score rose to 79, Google experienced a drop in the score to fall just under Yahoo with a score of 78. This is the first time since the first release of the survey in 2002 that Google has not finished in first place.
