Okay i did some Dr. Boom tests tonight.
I am level _68_ and had NO buffs on. No potions, only selfbuffs (totems) and trinkets. I have:
* 425(+101 from totem = 526) +dam to my lightning bolts
* 30% crit. (inkl with lightning bolts.
* I have +14% to hit (with totem and talents) so i almost never miss.
When i crit, my next spell is 60% cheaper.

- I wen't OOM after 1:25 minutes. I have a high mana regen, so I wouldn't have to wait long. With the usual raid buffs, I'd have lasted longer.
- Damage was around 6-700 DPS and ended up at 650 when i ended the fight at OOM.
- My threat was 5-700 as base. I could've had a totem out with 30% threat reduction, but was testing damage.
