Italy travel: Pompeii. Our Perillo Tours Familia sees the Temple of Vespasian, beginning with an arch which had such tremendous detail that it was covered in plexiglass for preservation. The video shows that dogs were welcome in Pompeii! The side of the altar facing the forum has a relief carving representing a sacrificial scene. The offering in this scene is a bull, indicating that the sacrifice was for a living emperor.
