here is another yoga video i put together using some still photos i had. the high quality videos are coming REALLY soon..check back!
this is a basic standing balance series.
it's a bit challenging ..if you don't get it at first keep trying it will get easier..
make sure you breath deeply...all the way into your lower back and stomach..keep the back flat and stomach in nice and tight. focus on the lower part of the stomach..from the belly button down..keeping that tight gives you some stability.
you also want to find something on the wall and stare at that..that will help keep you balanced.
keep the knees behind the toes and sit into your heels..
your going to get alot of work in your shoulders, legs,lower back and butt...
make sure you repeat it on the other side..the video only shows one side..
