Richard A. McIntosh of Flotron & McIntosh, LLC spent four years in the Missouri Senate Appropriations Committee Staff attaining a thorough understanding of budget analysis. Richard learned not only how the complicated state budget system works, but also became proficient in assessing the impact of prospective changes and making recommendations to the Appropriations Committee headed by then-Senator Roger Wilson—former Missouri Lieutenant Governor and Governor.
