Dave Elfassy is an award-winning Realtor who believes in taking his profession to the highest level of quality service. Having acquired expertise in sales, marketing, negotiating, & strategic planning through 15 years in management & consulting, Dave has taken his business acumen, along with his compassion, innate curiosity, & analytical mind to the field of real estate. A graduate of York University & part of the Toronto Real Estate Board’s Young Professionals Committee (YPN), he has starred on HGTV’s popular series Agent vs. Agent & been showcased on Rogers TV & REM Magazine. He is also a regular contributor to SNAP and donates whatever free time is left to helping charitable organizations in the city.
