Sophisticated folk pop vocal harmony and instumental group, popular during the 1960's and early 70's. Their music was wide ranging in style and this diversity was reflected in the wide range of venues in which they played. These included the top clubs, luxury hotels, USA and Nato military bases throughout Europe, together with theatres and cabaret clubs in London's fashionable West End. They also appeared as a supporting act for a number of well known entertainers of the time, including Shirley Bassey and Lulu. Although no longer performing live, in celebration of 40 years since it's original release, The Weavers Green have now re-released the album featured here.
