David Mowat, Senior Manager at Cisco, and Dennis Cain, Vice President of Sales at DEX, presented a joint case study at Oracle OpenWorld 2010 outlining how DEX Systems software solved critical issues for Cisco. The presentation outlines the challenges Cisco faced in integrating a recent acquisition whose unit repair and return system differed from theirs. DEX Systems software reduced the complexity of future Cisco upgrades, integrations, and maintenance and eased compatibility between the two systems.
