Chelsea Clinton spoke at Eastern Kentucky University on May 8, 2008 about higher education affordability and accessability. Chelsea was campaigning for her mother, Hillary Rodham Clinton, who is running for the Presidency of the United States. She spoke to a group of college students at a political forum about their concerns regarding the achievement of a college education.
