Gilgit-Baltistan, June 13: People living in Gilgit-Baltistan have been subjected to exploitation by the corrupt administration. Repeated pleas by the locals have often fallen on deaf ears. The same story is witnessed every now and then in the region but their rulers hardly pays any heed to it.
