I'm sure you could figure out how to do this on your own, but I thought I'd put it out there since it's rare to be able to get this many Simoleons without spending real money.
Update as of 5/16: This currency will no longer be available on 5/20. And while I've discovered that my formula is no longer reliable, I just checked and the most expensive fire pole for your Sims (280 CC) does sell for 250,000 Simoleons. Sorry to anyone who was misled by the first formula, I'm not sure when the conversion value changed.
