Alexandra Cousteau shares her inspiring water story at this "Water is Life" event on Martha's Vineyard. This event celebrated the launch of National Geographic's book "Written in Water", in which Alexandra is featured as one of several authors from around the globe. This book was edited by film director Irena Salina of the film FLOW - For Love Of Water. Besides sharing her life story about growing up with her father, Phillipe, and her grandfather, Jacques Cousteau, Alexandra talks about her recent global water expedition; the Gulf oil spill by BP, and her upcoming 14,500 mile North American tour of freshwater rivers and lakes. This special water event was produced and directed by William Waterway.
