Listen to Pa. Rep. Dante Santoni, says HUMUNAH HUMUNAH, when asked the question of what our casino operators are doing, that addresses the compulsive casino gambling problem, BEFORE, not AFTER one has the problem. The reason both Representatives couldn't answered the question is because there is no CONSUMER PROTECTION in our Gaming Law that addresses the compulsive casino gambling problem, BEFORE, not AFTER one has the problem.
