Usualy when they cheat they go in and out of walls,they try to stay near the wall edge to come out quickly and not apear as cheating, or use some kind of pre programed movments that take them to different spots, or fall right int o the ground way down low, and just snipe at every one. Most comonly they try to die a few times to not apear as cheating, and move instatly out of wall at will after shooting some one, so they are not seen on the kill cam. More and more they pop up out of the ground directly behind you to apear as if they snuck up on you. When reality there cheating pansys, like a guy pretending to really lift really fake wights. sad.
