One of several questionable decisions by the referee on the night, David Stokes is penalized (for what, it's not clear) late in the 2nd half of the RailHawks 3rd Round US Open Cup match against the Kansas City Wizards. Claudio Lopez would convert the ensuing penalty kick to level the score at 2-2 and Kansas City went on to win 4-2 in extra time.
