Keanu Clinger's 1994 microbudget feature DOGMA, about a struggling writer hired to work on a new translation of the Bible and discovers a single word improperly translated up to that point which- when corrected- disproves religion and may undo society. A brooding absurist comedy which circulated via poor quality dubs of tapes made during the cable access heydey of the 90s. The master was destroyed in 1996, and Scavenger Films reconstructed and remastered the title for DVD for its 10th anniversary.
