John Hauberg Larsen claimed there was a fire at his tenant's suite, 4386 Strathcona Road, North Vancouver District, BC, V7G 1G3. But, Larsen was just trying to "smoke out" a tenant so he could get more money for the suite. A rental tribunal officer ruled against John Larsen, landlord.
