Navicat provides an easy way to import and export binary data. The “BLOB Editor” allows viewing, updating, inserting or deleting BLOB field data in the table. In this tutorial, we will show you how to perform these tasks. First, open the table. If the images do not show up in the table grid, you can check the “Show Image in Grid” option from the “View” menu. Then, select the BLOB field in the table and click the “Image” icon to open the editor at the bottom. To import an image file to the table, just click the “Load” button and locate the image file path. If you want to export the BLOB field data to an image file, simply click the “Save to disk” button and specify the export path. Last, you can click the “Clear” button to remove the data from the table.
