Nicole Founded Earth Healthcare in 2014. It is one of the first companies of it's kind, on the forefront of bringing Yoga to mainstream health care. The mission of the organization is to bring awareness that the consciousness of humans, and that of nature, are connected. Nicole tours as a motivational, keynote speaker lecturing on numerous topics, as well as holds workshops teaching Yoga for self-development. Her non-profit, Project Earthbound, focuses on creating conscious shifts in public school systems and raising money for Embracing the World.
