A video document of the absolutely poor renovation job on my East Village apartment by HOSCON CONSTRUCTION as overseen by the New Owners UHAB/HDFC. This piss poor work was done on purpose and has NOT been corrected by the building owners UHAB. THIS SITUATION HAS EXISTED FOR 1 YEAR AND 6 MONTHS.
