Soul Sister Jean Givan returned from New York here to Los Angeles this weekend to perform with her theater group “Company Of Angeles” The name of the performance was “Civil Rites” Voices of Downtown Los Angeles Community Residents at the Alexandria Hotel on 5th Street in the heart of Historic Core. Through the grace of God I ran into quite unexpectedly here on the streets of Los Angeles just hours before the show; she’s been a valued member of Skid Row Photography Club for the past two years and a real inspiration, she is always missed.
