On a project I've been working on at AMS Pictures, http://op.amspictures.com Flying for Freedom uncovers the personal stories and fading memories of some of the few remaining “Tuskegee Airmen,” African American pilots, mechanics, and servicemen who served valiantly in World War II, only to return home to a beloved country that yet refused to treat them as equals. Flying for Freedom is the first in a 3 part series of documentaries covering the Tuskegee Airmen’s important contribution to the war.
