To get out an agreement that you've already signed, um, you should first immediately contact an attorney because youll need the assistance of an attorney in order to do that. You have a very brief window of time. Um. There is no bright line but you have a very brief window of time in which to claim, for instance, that you were forced to sign a contract, an employment agreement, etcetera, under duress.
