The West Valley High School Marching Band is the first of about 50 bands and over 200 units in the 2009 Lilac Festival and Armed Forces Day Parade on May 16th, 2009 in Spokane, WA. This is the largest evening Armed Forces Day Parade in the U.S., and the largest such parade in the Northwest.
