Susan gives her tasting notes on Boschendal Reserve Collection Sauvignon Blanc 2007 from South Africa. It has a very pale straw color and fresh youthful nose with notes of green veggies like asparagus, green beans as well as lemon. Best paired with asparagus and goat cheese frittata!
