The Structure of the building uses the RCC Structure with precipitate wall, cement bricks are used for wall; For flooring, anti - slippery tiles are used for Balcony, toilets will have Ceramic tile dodo, kitchen will have ceramic tile dado for 2 feet above the granite counter; For Flooring & Dodo - Vitrified tiles are used for bedrooms, kitchen, living & dining area, toilets/ utility. For Doors – Engineered frame are used & door shutter will be used for main door, bedroom door & toilet doors; For Windows - UPVC window with provision for mosquito mesh; MS Railings are used for balcony & for the staircase; Granite Counter in kitchen is fitted with single bowl single drain stainless steel sink and chrome plated tap, there is provision for exhaust fan; For painting – pleasant coloured emulsion paint will be used for internal walls, Oil based distemper paints will be used for ceiling & basement, exterior grade texture paint to be used for external paint; CP & Sanitary fittings are of CERA / Jaguar standards; For Safety - security cabins are present at all entrance and exit points with Peripheral CCTV coverage, security personals are appointed for round-the-clock surveillance.
