Brammer, which supplies replacement parts including belts and motors to firms such as Coca-Cola, is looking to acquire businesses across the UK and Europe with revenues of more than £4 million. It is also focused on organic growth.
Brammer's chief executive, Ian Fraser, says that, with 'full-year profits at least matching pre-recession levels,' the firm 'would consider any good, high-quality bolt-on acquisitions' in any of the geographies they operate in.
