Permission to Kick Ass Podcast: Episode 84 with Richard Blank. Sales trainer call centre.
Angie Colee's Permission to Kick Ass gives you a virtual “seat at the bar” for the REAL conversations that happen between entrepreneurs. This isn't another "X ways to Y your Z" tactical show. It's about the challenges and struggles every entrepreneur goes through as they grow. We talk about losing 80% of your business in a matter of weeks, head trash that keeps you stuck playing small, and everything in between. If you’ve ever worried that you're the only one struggling, that everyone else “gets it” and you’re missing something (or messing things up)... this show’s for you. Don’t forget to rate, review, and subscribe to the Permission to Kick Ass podcast on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and wherever you stream your podcasts.

My guest today, Richard Blank had a vision from an early age — to do work that would fulfill his needs vs society’s expectations. With that as his guiding compass, his path led him to Costa Rica where he eventually became the CEO of a call center. But Richard’s vision goes far beyond him… what I love about his business is how much intention he puts into paying it forward. Listen now for some major inspiration!
Richard wasn’t willing to compromise his dreams of creating a life he loved. He brings that same passion and dedication to his business, day in and day out. To find someone so true to their ethics in business is rare and refreshing. This episode is jam-packed full of perspective shifting insight to running a people-first business. If you’re looking to strengthen the relationships within your biz (hint: you absolutely should be, if you’re not already!) this one’s for you.
Can’t-Miss Moments From This Episode:
Ever looked at someone else’s life and thought “I wish I could do that?” Great news: YOU ABSOLUTELY CAN! I lovingly request you take notes as Richard and I break down what it takes to live a life where you stay true to yourself.
The surprising thing you can give to anyone, anywhere, in any situation that will immediately de-escalate tensions and build a ton of loyalty and goodwill. This is how Richard cracked the code on scaling his business and getting people to LOVE working with him.

Magmoos colored contact lenses ,
In the land of sweet enchantment ,
Where colors dance in vibrant play,
There blooms a purple gem so rare,
A sight that takes my breath away.
Oh, sweet and cool, the purple yam,
With eyes that sparkle, mesmerizing,
Its beauty captures hearts and souls,
In every gaze, a love uprising.
Modafinil is a Nootropic that is primarily prescribed to treat excessive daytime sleepiness caused due to narcolepsy, shift work sleep disorder, and obstructive sleep apnea.
However, Modafinil consumers might experience teeth grinding as its side effect. Teeth grinding or jaw clenching is involuntary and can impact the teeth' enamel and cause other issues like headaches. It should be known that teeth grinding is a rare side effect of Modafinil and only 0.27%, mostly women, have reported about this.
To avoid this side effect one can lower the Modafinil dosage, use a mouth guard, and can try jaw exercises.
For more information on Modafinil teeth grinding side effect read this blog at Health Naturo:

The chances of getting a DUI charge dismissed are very slim. When people come to see us about being represented over a DUI, the significant number of them come with the belief that their DUI is gonna be dismissed. This couldn't be further from the truth. Once the district attorney office charges you for a DUI, it's based on evidence that makes them believe that you may have been drinking and driving. And as a result they aren't inclined to dismissed the charge. There is usually room for negotiating with the district attorney to get an offer for a lesser charge but a dismissal is rare.

When I heard it the first time, I thought Central Line was an All- American band of the early '80s since they released a single, "Walking into Sunshine", but I never realized they were British.
"Walking Into Sunshine" by Central Line is by far their biggest hit. This mix done by Larry Levan has reserved use of synths, perfectly catchy vocals and a lackadaisical beat all of which create a super balanced mix. Not rare, hard to find or even expensive, just a nice solid anti-nine to five tune.

The Pontiac GTO is credited as one of the cars to launch the Muscle Car genre, and this '65 Tiger Gold GTO convertible from the Brothers Collection is a great example of why these GTOs are so cool. Powered by a 335 HP 389 cube V8, this GTO has the "Go", and the rare Tiger Gold color gives it plenty of "Show!"

This episode features another super-rare car from the Brothers Collection, a 1966 Ford 7-Liter 427 4-speed convertible! The 7-Liter came with a 428 V8 under the hood, but just 2 people opted for the high-performance R-Code dual-quad 427 to power their 7-Liter convertibles, and this is one!
Http://www.musclecaroftheweek.com - This 1969 Pontiac GTO would be a sweet ride in it's most basic form, but this version from the Brothers Collection is about as hot as they come! It's one of 40 '69 GTO convertibles that feature the fabled Ram Air IV 400-cube V8 and a 4-speed manual transmission! Add to that the unusual Champagne color, and you've got a very rare GTO that stops traffic with it's looks, and goes like crazy.
http://www.musclecaroftheweek.com - We've featured some pretty rare cars on Muscle Car Of The Week, and this one tops the list! This 1969 Plymouth Road Runner convertible would be cool with any power plant, but the fact that the Air Grabber hood is hiding an original 425 HP 426 HEMI V8 coupled to a 4-speed transmission makes this one of the rarest 'Runners out there! Reports claim 10 of these cars were equipped with the 426 HEMI in drop-top form, and only a couple are said to exist today. This F8 Green monster was featured at the 2013 Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals in the Road Runner Invitational display and is one of the prized Plymouths in The Brothers Collection.

The Shelby G.T. 350H is a very special Shelby as, it was used as a rental race car available through Hertz rental car stores in '66. Featuring the 306 HP 289, it was just as capable as the "regular" G.T. 350 available at Ford dealers. There were 1000 ordered by Hertz, but this is one of 2 that were refused by Hertz and was never used as a rental. Truly a rare and significant example from the Brothers Collection!

This week, we bring you one of the pinnacle Muscle Cars ever built, for multiple reasons! You're looking at the very first 1970 Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda Convertible ever built. Rare because they only made 14 Hemi 'Cuda drop-tops in '70, cool because of the 425 HP 426 cube Hemi V8 under the hood, and even more unique because this is the first one to roll off the assembly line. Dressed in Rallye Red with a red interior and black top, this car even sports a red Shaker hood scoop for more attention-getting fun. Mash the gas and the dual Carter four-barrels open up to provide fuel - lots of fuel - to the hungry Hemi below. The Brothers Collection is home to some awesome cars, but this one is over the top, even with the top down!
http//www.musclecaroftheweek.com - Oldsmobile built some of the most potent Muscle Cars of the era, and today they are among the most desirable. This week, we're featuring a 1970 Oldsmobile 442 Convertible, and it is loaded with all the right stuff, including the 370 HP W-30 455 V8, the close ratio Muncie 4-Speed transmission, and the super-rare W27 aluminum center rear axle assembly. Word on the street is that there are only a couple W-30 4-speed convertibles ever built with the W27 out of the 96 drop-tops made. The story of this car is just as unique, as the history is known back to the day the original order was placed for the car at Hansel Olds in Fullerton, California by Robert "Rug" Kazley. The Brothers Collection is home to some stellar Oldsmobiles, and this one is among the best!
http://www.musclecaroftheweek.com/store - This week, we're bringing you an often overlooked muscle car, the 1968 Mercury Cougar GT-E. These were sporty but comfortable, and the GT-E bought you a 7-liter V8 to make things interesting. Most were the smooth 428 V8, but some were ordered with the far less subtle 427 side oiler... like the one in this video. The 427 was rated at 390 HP and has a great rumble, but the car is refined enough to drive and enjoy every day. The Brothers Collection is home to several rare Mercury cats, this is one of the favorites!
This week's Muscle Car Of The Week from The Brothers Collection is a super-rare 1970 1/2 Pontiac Trans Am, complete with the Ram Air IV 400 cube V8 and Muncie 4-speed transmission!
1970 marked the second generation for GM's F body platform, and the company made substantial improvements to the car over the '67-'69 versions. The 1970 1/2 models were longer and more spacious inside, and generally drove more comfortably than the earlier cars. 1970 also marked the peak in performance Muscle Cars, and the 1970 1/2 Trans Am was one of the top performers. The Pontiac Trans Am came loaded with numerous performance add-ons, such as upgraded suspension, brakes, exhaust, and distinctive styling.
This particular Polar White Trans Am is among the most sought-after of all, as it features the 370 HP Ram Air IV V8 engine and a Muncie 4-speed transmission. The Ram Air IV engine was assembled with very tight tolerances from the factory, making it as close to a hand-built racing engine as you could buy from GM. The RAIV package started with a 4-bolt main block, forged crank and pistons, and a high performance oil pump, but the big difference was in the top half of the engine. The Ram Air IV heads boasted 67cc chambers, 2.11" swirl-polished intake valves and 1.77" exhaust valves, and large round exhaust ports. The .520" lift RAIV cam had a long 308 degree intake / 320 degree exhaust duration and pulled air through an aluminum dual-plane intake manifold. These parts sounded more like they were hand-picked by a race engine builder than a factory offering, but that's what makes the RAIV so special. They only made 88 of these cars, 59 were manuals and the other 29 came with automatics. It's one of the few cars where both transmissions were offered and the manual outsold the auto. Watch the video to learn more about this Pontiac Historical Society documented correct '70 1/2 and its unique details like the original 2-tone blue seat covers, 1-year only Rally II wheels, and distinctive styling elements.
http://www.facebook.com/musclecaroftheweek - The '67 Camaro Z/28 is one of the most sought-after Camaros, having been designed to bring the Camaro into the competitive world of Trans Am racing. The Mustang and Barracuda had a couple years lead time on the Camaro, but the potent 302-powered pony car came out of the gate running. This one from the Brothers Collection is a pristine example of an original Z/28 that has been upfitted with some period correct speed parts including the rare cross-ram intake manifold. Too cool.
