Laced over Mason Payne's airy melodic production, this song describes the feeling of being on top of the world. Transcending space and time altogether, this is the kind of high you don't want to come down from. It is quite common for fish to slow down when the water gets cold and that leads to lower production as well. As a result of your fish slowing down, there will be fewer nitrates in your solution so you don’t want to overfeed. Its one of those things you’ll need to keep an eye on and make sure you’re feeding appropriately. Vincent Racaniello speaks with Professor Harald zur Hausen, recipient of the 2013 Society for General Microbiology Prize Medal for "work that has had a far-reaching impact beyond microbiology."
Professor zur Hausen talks about the beginnings of his work on the human papilloma virus (HPV) starting in 1972 with a group he setup to look at the "isolation and characterization of the viruses in genital warts."
This group would lead to the discovery of HPV 16 and 18 (the leading cause of cervical cancer) amongst many other types.
The discovery of these two particular strains of HPV led to insights into the cancer causing properties of HPV which would result in the production of the HPV vaccine.
Vincent and Professor zur Hausen also discuss other virus related cancers including the possibility that colon cancer is a product of a virus and the application of the HPV vaccine to males as well as females.
Filmed on location in Manchester, England at the 2013 Society for General Microbiology conference.
Sometime in 1999, after Neon Genesis Evangelion finished and during the pre-production of KareKano, Evangelion’s directory Hideaki Anno appeared on a TV show on N.H.K. called “Welcome Back for an Extracurricular Lesson, Sempai!”, which features Japanese celebrities revisiting their old stomping grounds and teaches a class in their old primary school. In this episode, Anno returns to Ube, a factory town in Yamaguchi Prefecture, to teach kids about animation.
Along the way, he talks a bit about himself, about Evangelion, about art, and about the town he grew up in. This is particularly interesting when one considers that he has just come from a dark time in his life, especially right after the success/controversy caused by Evangelion. One of the first things he admits in the show is how he is deathly afraid of children, as he is about to walk into a classroom filled with them and meeting them for the first time. From time to time, it seems like Anno is being quick with his replies to questions, yet sometimes it’s clear that he’s enjoying himself.

Frankfurt Germany - CCM News Sitting in the back seat with no driver! On the eve of the Frankfurt International Auto Show, the head of Mercedes-Benz, Dieter Zetsche presents the visions of the automobile of the future. Utilizing near-production-standard sensor systems, The S 500 Intelligent drive is capable of driving autonomously. The key ideas here at the Mercedes-Benz & smart Media Night are; emission free and accident free driving. Mercedes-Benz will continue to focus on electrification. The B-Class Electric Drive presents driving fun for five, and is locally emission free. It will be added to the product line of electric powered vehicles next year. This four-seater is the forerunner of a new smart generation. The study smart fourjoy has all the typical smart attributes and embodies pure carefree enjoyment of urban life. New hybrid models round off the range of electric drive systems. The new Mercedes S 500 PLUG-IN HYBRID achieves an average consumption of three liters and sets new benchmarks in regards to efficiency, drive comfort and sustainability. Meanwhile the research vehicle S 500 INTELLIGENT DRIVE marks a milestone on the way to accident-free driving. Besides introducing groundbreaking technologies, Mercedes-Benz also engages in alternative mobility concepts like the car sharing service car2go; now available in 23 cities world-wide.
Frankfurt -- CCM News., Mercedes-Benz has successfully completed the first autonomous cross country and inner city drive, using near-production-standard sensor systems. The Mercedes-Benz S 500 INTELLIGENT DRIVE research vehicle covered 100 Kilometer from Mannheim to Pforzheim, Germany, under real traffic conditions and complex situations including traffic lights, roundabouts, pedestrians, cyclists and trams. Mercedes-Benz will reveal the full details of the first autonomous long distance drive at the Mercedes-Benz Media Night, Monday September 9 at the 2013 Frankfurt Auto Show. While other companies have shown selfdriving cars either on closed roads or using complex technologies, Mercedes-Benz achieved this goal with the aid of near-production-standard technologies, very similar to those already available in the new E and S-Class. The route was not arbitrary chosen but retraced that taken by motoring pioneer Bertha Benz exactly 125 years ago when she boldly set off on the very first long-distance drive. For Mercedes-Benz the autonomously driving car is not the attempt to ban the driver from the driver seat. While self driving cars will be a reality of future mobility, it is first and foremost the next logical step on the way to accident free driving; LEAVING THE DECISION TO THE DRIVER WHETHER OR NOT the car to take over when needed or wanted. The S-500 INTELLIGENT DRIVE stands in a successful tradition at Mercedes-Benz introducing groundbreaking technologies. Since the beginning of the 1980s, Mercedes-Benz has presented 14 research vehicles - from the Auto 2000 of 1981 through to the F 125! of 2011. Many of the systems presented in these research vehicles, which were still considered a utopian ideal in those days, are now standard features in Mercedes-Benz production cars.

Dr. J. Winston Porter first summarizes the current U. S. energy situation, including oil, gas, coal and nuclear energy, as well as renewables such as wind, solar, and biomass. He then describes the very rapid increase in shale gas and oil production by “fracking.” Finally, he will outline “America’s energy future,” based on key technical and policy factors. Dr. Porter is a chemical engineer (University of Texas and University of California, Berkeley) whose early experience included management of Bechtel Corporation’s environmental department, and later the master plan for the $30 billion Jubail Industrial City in Saudi Arabia. He then served as an assistant administrator of the EPA with national responsibility for Superfund and other waste management programs. Currently, he is an independent consultant specializing in the energy and environmental sectors, with emphasis on communications activities related to these areas. He is located in Savannah, Georgia.
"A pleasure trip" is another way to do prevention, to promote safe sex using humor, joy and "queer". From Algarabía and in particular, from the Health Area, tired of seeing muscular guys, models, porn stars... using preventive messages and our efforts to pursue other strategies that promote condom use, we wanted to do something different, fun at the same time educative with the help of Aftersun Group (led by Tavi Gallart and Juan Armas) and the guys who constitute the New Cabaret (Raul Perez and Gabriel Perez) that they have satisfied (and exceeded) all of our expectations. Using the original audio of Manuel Antonio Velandia Mora, that we have adapted, we think in this idea and that has finally born thanks to the invaluable assistance of Laura Reyes and Dani Medina "DAAL FILMS" (camera, lighting, editing, production) and Jose Gonzalez and Fernando Angulo (Sound). We hope you enjoy it. And, of course, we encourage you to remember the motto of our company: FROM REAR AND FRONT: LUBRICANT AND CONDOM!
