令和4年11月15日の午後2時頃に外しゅう通りで、 4台ほどの違法駐車を発見しました。 違法駐車禁止の看板があっても無視しています。 近くにバス停と丁字路があるので、完全に違法です。 東京なのに川崎ナンバーが、また駐車しています。 水を販売のワゴン車も駐車しています。 他にも再犯している違法駐車もあるので、罰金を 早く取るべきです。 逃げられないように覆面パトカー2台を、道の両端に 止めたら良いのですが、防犯放送をしてました。 犯罪者は逃げれると知っているのです。 また従来の看板が効き目が無いのが、今の結果です。 私がずっと勧めてきた「防犯カメラ作動中」という看板を 犯罪が多い要所に設置案を、受け入れないのが現状です。 「禁止標識が無ければ合法！」とごまかすアンチが いますが、障碍者は除外標章車両があるぐらいなのと、 日本は狭いので駐車禁止場所が多いです。 通報方法は簡単で、交番の電話を使っても良いです。 公衆電話で110番通報も良いでしょう。この歩道橋の先の 幼稚園の先に、公衆電話もあります。 住民のみなさん。お役人などは担当者でも、余所の人なので 適当にしかしてくれません。学校の教師も他の地域の人です。 だから、いじめもなくならないのです。 この地域は無人交番・少なすぎる運動公園による健康被害・ 多すぎる児童公園で防犯もまばらになり、この地域の市民は、 中央と比べて不公平にも、行政サービスが受けられないのです。 深夜に暴走族の騒音が、うるさいのも川崎市周辺です。 みんなで迷惑行為を監視や通報しましょう。 Webフォームや電子メールなどで証拠なURLを添えて、 市などに通報や要望しても良いです。 警察庁のWebフォームに「警察署に正確で便利なのでメールで、 通報できるように」と要望もしています。こうすれば110番通報 の労力や税負担も減るでしょう。従来の電話は不便です。 そしてネットでライブ配信をすれば、確実な犯罪の証拠になります。 「プライバシーがー」と言い張るパヨクがいますが、公道で犯罪 してる犯罪者は、善人な被害者の人権を侵害しています。 パスワードによる警察・検事や裁判官や配信者の関係者などの 特定の人のみに配信をすれば良いのです。そしてその配信を 録画をし、その動画を切り抜いたりして公開配信すれば良いのです。 #shorts #暴走族 #成敗 以上 初版：令和４年 皇紀２６８２年 ［西暦２０２２年］ １１月１６日（火） 著者：城神YU　https://twitter.com/46kami_YU
