Have you been thinking about trying spinal decompression therapy? Do you have chronic, aching back pain that keeps you from being able to do the things that you enjoy? Is it even making work painful and difficult? Spinal decompression just might be the answer to solving your back pain problems once and for all, but it's not for everyone. Let's take a look at what spinal decompression is, how it works and what kinds of back pain it can bring relief and healing for.
What is Spinal Decompression Therapy? -
Spinal decompression therapy uses zero-gravity technology developed by NASA astronauts to decompress the spine using non-surgical distraction and positioning. It is for those who are suffering from severe, chronic neck, and or low-back pain and even pain that radiates to the arms and legs.
A typical decompression treatment includes 20 or more 30-minute sessions done almost daily. You will also be given some exercises that you can do at home to strengthen and stabilize the corrected disc positioning, prevent injury and keep your spine strong and healthy.

It seems that you can barely turn on the television or radio without hearing about the new NASA discovered back pain ending therapy known as spinal decompression. For individuals who suffer from chronic back pain, the idea of a non-surgical process that can help eliminate their pain is very appealing. Just what goes on during such treatments remains a mystery when listening to the advertisements. Here is a simple break down of the process.
Evaluation Comes Before Treatment -
Usually carried out at a chiropractic office, a preliminary evaluation of your physical condition and the source of your pain must be completed. While in most cases decompression therapy is in no way harmful, it can be problematic for those with osteoporosis or spinal fractures.
Range of motion will be evaluated and pain levels measured and overall condition determined. You and your practitioner will determine an appropriate course of treatment and goals for your therapy.
The Treatment Itself -
Your treatment will usually begin with some preparatory work. This usually involves massage, heat or cold packs or some supervised stretching and warming of the muscles in the area that will be under traction.Chiropractor Irmo SCBack Pain Help Irmo SCNeck Pain Help Irmo SCHeadache Help Irmo SCDecompr

It is the year 2022. A mysterious systems failure causes the crew of a spaceship to be stranded on the dark side of the moon, while rapidly running out of fuel and oxygen. They are surprised to discover a NASA space shuttle floating in space, and board it in the hope of salvaging some supplies. One by one, the crew is possessed and killed, and it is up to Paxton Warner to find the links between the dark side of the moon, the Bermuda Triangle, and the Devil himself.

Okay, so the news in Australia is teh suck right now.
I was watching episode 222 of Diggnation and they mentioned how NASA found some water on the moon.
When I walked by a TV a few hours later I saw a news update stating that NASA had just launched the probe and was going to send it into the moon to look for water.
Watching the news on TV sucks. Twitter is my news.
