How to Make Chicken Salad by chef Dog
Ingredients:
2 cups chicken
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped apple (medium size)
1/2 cup chopped almonds or walnuts
either chopped onion to taste or
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1/2 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
Mix all ingredients together very well
Regrigerate for at least 1 hour if you
can wait that long. I have to taste test
immediately and sometimes get carried away.
It's great as a sandwich spread, on crackers
or as a chip dip.

While Chef Danielle Saunders may not have been born with a silver spoon in her mouth, she was raised with a pan in her hand and an everlasting passion for the culinary arts. Following in the footsteps of her late grandfather, who was an amazing chef, Danielle's lifetime love of cooking began at the tender age of 5.
