Papa's Wheelie Game? Casual but Legendary!
You know that one rider in your group—the guy who doesn’t say much, pulls up in flip-flops, nods, revs just once, and bang… hoists the cleanest wheelie you've ever seen? That’s Papa. His gear might be casual, his entry chill, but his moves? Legendary.
Papa's wheelie game isn’t about showing off—it’s about owning the street with effortless swag. While others are figuring out their clutch control, he’s floating the front wheel like gravity doesn’t apply to him. This isn’t a tutorial. This isn’t a stunt show. This is just another day riding… Papa style.
The Vibe: Cool, Calm, Controlled
While most riders warm up before a stunt, Papa just does it. No fancy gear, no GoPros. Just his machine, his instinct, and years of throttle wisdom embedded in his wrist.
Casual lean back
Smooth throttle roll
No panic, no drama—just flight
That kind of mastery doesn’t come from YouTube clips or Insta reels. It comes from decades of riding, crashing, learning, and getting back up. From knowing the feel of every gear, every bite of the clutch, and every patch of tarmac.
Legends Don’t Brag—They Ride
Papa doesn’t chase the spotlight—it finds him. He’s the guy everyone watches when he silently lines up at the signal, casually adjusts his helmet, and then lets loose a wheelie so clean it feels like a dance move.
His bike isn’t always the newest
His gear isn’t always flashy
But his control? Untouchable
That kind of street reputation can’t be bought—it’s earned with passion, practice, and a whole lot of near-misses. If you know, you know.
Gear Up Like a Legend
Even Papa knows—casual doesn’t mean careless. Whether you're learning the ropes or perfecting your signature move, ride smart, ride safe. Get the right protection without compromising your style.
At Bikegear.in, we’ve got the perfect balance of form, function, and flex:
Premium helmets that don’t just look cool they protect like pros
Riding jackets that breathe and guard
Gloves, boots, and pants built for the street (and the occasional wheelie)
Performance parts to tune your throttle to perfection
Need help picking the right gear? Call or WhatsApp us at +91 9610311313 we’ve got real riders on the line ready to help you roll like a legend.

Building Team Culture Through Personal Connection and Trust
In order for me to have grown my business, I needed to delegate and bring in professionals. I'm a guest in this country. I'm a marketer and I'm a salesman and a trainer. So I needed the accountants and the attorneys and human resources and IT. And so by having that leap of faith in people allowed me to grow. But this is the foundation training. And I can answer your question real quickly, Charles, in regards to the incoming shrapnel that you're talking about. When people come into my call center, because there is a lot of options here, Amazons in Costa Rica with teleperformance, concentric sites, you name it. How do I compete? Well, first and foremost, I know somebody's name. And Bill, I know you. Everyone's going to know your name and you'll know everyone's name in your leadership. Secondly, I asked them to give me a coming of age moment. I just don't want the interview. I want to hear when you beat up a bully and saved a kitten. Why? So I can use that on rainy Wednesdays. I really see the depth of the individual that I'm dealing with.
Losing the Connection: COVID's Impact on Workplace Culture
Thank you for bringing that up. And it's actually the topic that ails me the most. I believe in synergy. We're in a very interactive, artistic environment. And you can feed off of that, especially somebody who's having a very good day. And so I was very thankful that during COVID, I was able to adjust and have people work from home. We're very fortunate. But I lost my I became a print, Rox. I'm not a painting anymore. I don't have the chance to play pinball with them downstairs or walk the rows or break bread with them. Come on, you know what I'm talking about. I'm standing behind them when they're ripping phone. That was taken away from me. And am I still able to perform? Sure. They're saving money. They're saving time. They're at home. We make sure through the sort of internet connections that they are capable through labor laws. to work from home and we do the Zooms and everything, but we lost a beautiful thing that we once had. And I think helped build a sort of company culture.
The Honor of Sharing a Meal Abroad and Old-School European Adventures
been a lot of different places but my favorite part of traveling out of anything is when i'm invited into somebody's home for a meal i mean it's incredible when you meet their family and you get to taste the local dish but I see it as more as a huge compliment and an honor to sit at somebody's table. And so I've been very fortunate visiting friends and things like that. But when I was a junior in college, I spent my entire year abroad in Europe, 93 and 94, and I stayed over the winter of 93. I didn't go back to the States. I was in Europe for 10 months. living in Spain. But then over that Christmas break, I was able to travel to about 14 countries. So you're doing the Eurorail, you're staying in the youth hostels, and this is 93. And so you don't have your cell phones on your computers. It was still old school. You're reading books, you're staying up late, drinking coffee, talking to people. You're making plans and meeting up and doing the things how we grew up. And I'm actually still in touch with a lot of the people that I went on those adventures with.
