We are having the most wonderful, amazing, perfect day! We woke up in The Vortex and were inspired to go check out Austin Yellow Bike Project. Not only do we get to learn how to build a bike from scratch (for free!), but then we get to build a bike for ourselves (for free!)!!! We wonder to ourselves: how could life get better than this? And at the same time we ask the question, we know that it will and it does everyday. Everything is perfect!

After we recorded last night, we just sat on the couch and chilled and almost instantly started feeling better. As soon as we stopped looking for the magic potion, or action, that was going to catapult us into The Vortex, it seemed that the good feelings came naturally. The important lesson we learned from this, which was reaffirmed by a passage I read in The Vortex today, is that it is important to line up energy before taking action, not the other way around. Attempting to do something to make yourself get in The Vortex can often be counter-productive. It is better to just relax and allow. The other thing that we are learning is that every we don't have to be in this 'super-hyphy' state being all the time in order to feel like we are in The Vortex. I remember Abraham telling someone on the Alaskan cruise that its not about bouncing off the walls with excitement, though that is certainly pleasant. Lliving in The Vortex, or having that be one's dominant vibration, is more of a calm appreciation and ...

The worst thing you can do when you're out of The Vortex is beat the drum of how you're out. So, we are trying really hard not to do that. We just don't know what to do to get back in. We know that it is mostly because we are tired, but not tired enough to go back to bed. The annoying thing is that trying to figure out why you're out just makes it worse. And trying to figure out ways to get back in seems annoying too. Are we trying to hard and thus making it harder to get in because our point of attraction is at trying hard to get in. That doesn't even make any sense. How would Abraham respond to this tongue twister? They would probably tell us that will come when we stop looking. Or maybe that we should just go to bed.

We noticed a definite difference between how we felt waking up today compared to yesterday. We are in the vortex again, yayay! The best way to make sure you wake up in the vortex (aside from abstaining from substances the night before) is to go to bed in the vortex. As you are falling asleep, think of things that make you feel good instead of trying to solve your problems from the day or worrying about what will happen tomorrow. Then, when you re-emerge into physical reality, you will start right where you left off. When you wake up in the vortex, nothing can get you down, even if your computer is FUBAR!
