In Army Men and Army Men 3D, the commander of the Tan army, Plastro, invades the Green territory. Sarge fights against the Tan forces, and at the end of the game, he discovers a strange portal that he enters, ending up in a gigantic kitchen. Army Men 2 begins with a massive Tan force, including Plastro himself, chasing him through the portal. Major Mylar betrays Plastro, destroys the portal upon entry, and takes control of the Tan army and territories when Plastro is declared missing.
Army Men II is a real-time tactics (RTS) game developed and published by The 3DO Company for Microsoft Windows and Game Boy Color. The game differs from its predecessor in that it features battles in both the "real world" and the "plastic world." It was also the first to introduce the concept of portals between the real world and their world (the plastic world), a theme that was expanded in later games. It is the sequel to both the first Army Men and Army Men 3D on PlayStation 1, which shared the same storyline as Army Men 1.

Upgrade Your Motorcycle – Ride Better, Ride Smarter
Riding a motorcycle is more than just transportation it’s freedom, adrenaline, and expression all rolled into one machine. But even the best bike can become better. When you upgrade smartly, your ride transforms from standard to spectacular. It’s not about splurging it’s about unlocking performance, comfort, and control that you didn’t know your machine had.
Whether you're slicing through city traffic or tearing up the open highways of India, the right upgrades make every twist of the throttle count. This is where riding gets smarter and a whole lot more thrilling.
Why Upgrade?
Stock bikes are made to please the masses. But you? You're not here for average. You're here for sharp throttle response, better ergonomics, and that roaring exhaust note that makes people turn their heads.
Here’s what smart upgrades can bring:
Performance: Lighter exhausts like the SC-Project CR-T or Leo Vince LV-10 give you a serious boost in horsepower and torque, not to mention sound that makes your presence known.
Control: Upgrade your suspension and braking setup for handling that responds to your instincts.
Comfort: Touring seats, tank grips, and rearsets ensure that even long rides are a joy, not a pain.
Protection: Gear from Alpinestars, RST, and Bell offers top-tier safety without compromising style.
Every upgrade is a step toward better handling, increased confidence, and total connection between rider and machine.
Ride Smarter, Not Just Faster
Riding smart means knowing your bike and understanding where an upgrade will give you the most value. For city riders, it might be lightweight exhausts and quickshifters for tight maneuvers. For long-haul adventurers, it’s touring windshields, saddlebags, and waterproof boots. Track junkie? You need titanium full systems, high-flow air filters, and race leathers that move with you.
Whatever your goal, riding smarter means gearing up with purpose.
Built for Indian Roads, Backed by Global Performance
The Indian roads are brutal heat, dust, monsoons, potholes. But the right upgrades are ready for it all. International brands are now designed with local conditions in mind:
Heat-resistant exhausts
Waterproof riding gear
Street-legal performance parts
And the best part? You don’t have to hunt in local markets anymore. Everything you need is online.

Creating Playful Connections with Vintage Pinball
So they're not on their phone or smoking a cigarette or by themselves. And it gives a chance for people to approach me so we can talk and laugh and compete. And they'll never get a chance to play these old, beautiful machines. I got a 1970 Bally's Camelot and a 71 Bally's Expressway. When are they ever going to see these electrical, mechanical, gorgeous machines from the 70s? And so I do this because it's like the Willy Wonka thing. You know, the umptalumptas, they sing while they work. I got people here that like skip through the hallways because they're in a good mood. That's great. Yeah. It's nurturing. I've created play and I'm doing it at a certain advanced level of professionalism because when you laugh with a co-worker, because no one ever laughs at work, but when you see someone and you're laughing through fun, man, you saw a different side of them. You saw them giggling, laughing, winning. And that's special.
Quality Over Quantity in Telemarketing
And if you can find that sort of focused imbalance in the beginning of a phone call, you will get such amazing distance, like the long bow. That changes battle. And so instead of making 400 calls a day, tell your supervisor, Billy, I'm making 125. Why? Because my metrics moved. I'm doubling the amount of talk time. And look at my conversion ratios. So do you have any common metrics? Oh, that's awesome. I'm in front of a lot of people. You know what I do. I work with sales organizations. And in a big group, after they get to know me a bit, I'll say, how many of you actually like to prospect? There's usually one, maybe two people. And I joke with them and I say, you're weird. It's not normal to like getting on a phone and calling strangers, but You know, then I say, I wish more people were like that. You have a passion for this.

And so companies might be in a rut or they might not understand the art of speech or how to write a script or how to marinate a list and really how to do a good workflow. Or they're just overwhelmed and they really want somebody to assist them to tee it up for them. And they go in and close. Listen, a lot of companies, my friend, it's about letting go. I'm not telling you to give the keys to the company, but if you're overwhelming yourself with making phone calls, it's like someone that owns a restaurant. You can't do everything. And so you don't also want to hire the cheapest person because it could ruin your clientele base and they might not want to come back. And so that's why I always ask for the profile, specifically what you're looking for in the expectations. And when I read scripts, it's very interesting how they kind of write it. They think like I'm calling and the person answering his credit card at the ready. It doesn't work like that

And I want Christmas break over that time to not come home, to take a backpack, a URL pass. call my family once a week on a pay phone and travel, go to Amsterdam, go to Corfu, Greece. That's cool. And this is before the cell phone. So you had to hustle the hookup. You had to go around and meet people. You had to read the signs and show up at the bar. It was so bohemic. It was incredible.

This video, part of The American Mercury’s centennial series, examines Reuben R. Arnold’s defense arguments in the 1913 Leo Frank trial for the murder of 13-year-old Mary Phagan at the National Pencil Company in Atlanta. Arnold, alongside Luther Rosser, claimed antisemitism tainted the trial. Drawing from the Leo Frank Trial Brief of Evidence, the video focuses on Arnold’s closing arguments on August 22–23, 1913, where he challenged the forensic evidence—blood and hair in the factory—as circumstantial and attacked Jim Conley’s testimony, alleging Conley was the murderer. Arnold argued the trial was prejudiced in the Jim Crow South, where Conley, a Black janitor, was believed over Frank, a white Jewish man, due to societal biases. He defended Frank’s character, calling the case a “frame-up.” Frank was convicted, lynched in 1915 after a commutation, and the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) was founded. As of May 23, 2025, the case remains debated, with the Georgia Innocence Project seeking exoneration, opposed by Phagan’s family, who cite the trial record. X debates reflect this divide, with some referencing Alonzo Mann’s 1982 affidavit implicating Conley, while others affirm the verdict. The video frames Arnold’s defense as a critical examination of justice and prejudice.
In Army Men and Army Men 3D, the commander of the Tan army, Plastro, invades Green territory. Sarge fights against the Tan forces, and at the end of the game, he discovers a strange portal, which he enters, ending up in a gigantic kitchen. Army Men 2 begins with a massive Tan force, including Plastro himself, chasing him through the portal. Major Mylar betrays Plastro, destroys the portal upon entry, and takes control of the Tan army and territories when Plastro is presumed missing.
Army Men II is a real-time tactics (RTS) game developed and published by The 3DO Company for Microsoft Windows and Game Boy Color. The game differs from its predecessor by featuring battles in both the "real world" and the "plastic world." It was also the first to introduce the concept of portals between the real world and the plastic world, a theme that was further expanded in later games. It is the sequel to both the first Army Men game and Army Men 3D on PlayStation 1, which shared the same storyline as Army Men 1.

Army Men: World War (or Army Men: Operation Meltdown in Europe) is a third-person shooter (real-time tactical RTS in the Microsoft Windows version). It is a video game developed and published by The 3DO Company for PlayStation and Microsoft Windows. This game began its own subseries, the Army Men World War.
This game focuses solely on combat in the Plastic World, and most missions are based on World War II. Some fans consider the World War games to be prequels to the main games (Army Men, Army Men II, and Toys in Space).
It was released for PlayStation and PC in 2000; however, the two versions of the game are very different from each other.
PlayStation Version:
The PlayStation version is a third-person shooter similar to Army Men 3D with a heavy emphasis on fast-paced combat and critical thinking. Unlike Sarge's Heroes, the player can use vehicles during the campaign and has a more realistic and gritty tone than many of the Army Men games.
PC Version:
The PC version plays more like its predecessors (Army Men, Army Men II, and Toys in Space) but with more focus on soldier management.
This version of the game was often considered the best Army Men multiplayer by the fanbase for its robust gameplay that allowed for many strategic options.
- Wield a devastating arsenal of World War II weaponry, including: grenades, mortars, bayonets, howitzers, flamethrowers, assault rifles, bazookas, and twin .50-caliber machine guns.
- Command tanks (battle tanks), jeeps, and boats when the situation calls for heavy firepower or increased mobility.

Tag Your Squad – Ride Together, Rule the Roads
There’s something electrifying about solo rides—the focus, the freedom, the silence. But let’s be honest, nothing compares to the thrill of riding with your squad. The synchronized throttles, the shared turns, the laughter over chai breaks, and that unspoken bond forged by the road—riding with your crew hits different.
If you live for weekend escapes, mountain curves, or city rides that feel like a mini adventure, then it’s time to tag your squad, gear up, and rule the roads together. Whether you're part of a tight-knit riding group or assembling your dream crew, nothing says power like a pack of bikers riding in style and sync.
Gear Up Like a Unit
When your crew pulls up at a signal or takes over a stretch of highway, heads should turn—and not just because of your bikes. Matching or coordinated gear takes your group presence to the next level. From full-face helmets in a unified color scheme to riding jackets that echo a shared identity, gear is how your team makes a statement without saying a word.
Helmets from brands like HJC, Arai, Shoei, and Ruroc not only offer premium safety but let your squad look like a force.
Want that squad aesthetic? Go for textile jackets from Revit, Alpinestars, or Rynox that combine performance with visual edge.
Match gloves, boots, and accessories—and your team looks like a coordinated machine, not just a group of riders.
Ride with Comfort & Confidence
Group rides are about endurance. You’ll cover long distances, change terrains, and face unpredictable conditions. That’s why comfort and reliability are key.
Mesh-lined jackets for ventilation, hydration backpacks, intercom systems from Sena or Cardo for mid-ride jokes and alerts—gear up to enjoy the ride, not just survive it.
With group comms, there's no need for risky hand signals. Warn about potholes, plan pit stops, or just vibe to shared playlists.
And when it rains? Let your squad glide through the downpour with waterproof gear that keeps spirits high and backsides dry.
Squad Goals? Safety First. Always.
Your crew isn’t just a riding group—it’s a family. That means looking out for one another, starting with safety.
DOT, ECE, or SNELL-certified helmets
CE Level 2 body armor
Proper boots and gloves
Visibility gear for night rides
No compromises. When everyone rides safe, everyone rides again.

Family Upbringing and Its Impact
And when you walk in the space of being present, you notice things. So Richard, one of the things that we do here at Threads of Enlightenment, and I told you we go back in that time machine, You have done much, and I can't wait to get into all of that as we move through your life. One of the things that we do is revisit our starting point, if you will, that starting point and location, and we call it the family. We have mom and dad strangers, and you are a stranger, and you are put into this pod, as they say. And mom and dad is about to deposit some data into you based on their culture, their perception, all of these different things, their programming, their And they're going to begin to put some data information into you so that they want to help you out, as they say, so you can be that good man and that young man on this planet. What was your family like?
Richard's High School Spanish Adventure
That's a wonderful question. And before I tell you about my Renaissance period, I have to compliment your smooth move. My man, I love that last story. Hey man, one of the best things I did. Looking great. Would you put on some of the car? I mean, that's my man. Making moves. That was one of my smooth movements. We all definitely did learn something. Kind of like Mike DeMone with Rat and Fast Times at Richmond. Hi, Ken just taught us. I love it. Anyway. So I'm back in Northeast Philly at my proud Abington High School. And all of my friends were going to be doctors and lawyers and engineers and architects. And they had a plan. I had no plan except sports and girls and goofing around. But my favorite class was Spanish. And I don't know about you, but sometimes you got to get the like wake up call. And I got the chills. I said, if I'm the only one. that could speak Spanish out of all my friends. A, I could speak to the girls over there, you know, because they speak Spanish. And B, I might be able to get a job or put se habla espanol on a business card, which gives me an angle. But it wasn't the cute pat on the head parlor trick. My parents thought it was fleeting or a passing moment. The difference was the dedicated practice. I was not the best student. All right, let's be real. But the one class that I did above and beyond was Spanish. It wasn't cramming. It wasn't copying notes. It wasn't study groups. No, man, I was doing the Mr. Miyagi Danielson kicking on the beach. Really, no joke. I was watching the movies, reading the books. And I said, this is good. And I can build on it. And it's flexible because it's everywhere. There's tons of Spanish speakers in Philly and in the world. And every time that I would do my 5%, 7%, one word, maybe a sentence.
Richard's Philosophy: Pay It Forward with Compliments
That's quite simple. On the top of my list is paying it forward with sincere compliments. I don't need to be at one place at one time, one time a year. I can do it all day long. Compliment someone's hair, how they make a sandwich for you with extra pickles. Or somebody takes their time to do something right. It's very easy to give them reinforcements It moves them forward. It moves me forward. It's free. And it sticks. Because that could be the one thing that person needed that day to start that engine. Or really just to get them over the end zone and have a touchdown. And so I look for the thing that's not common, that's unique. So I'm paying closer attention than most that just glance over others. And so it's most importantly for me to make someone feel better about themselves that day. At least one thing out of 10, I can find that's good about them.
The positive reinforcement that I got from a bilingual Spanish speaker, it was like a Mario coin. It wasn't a thousand, but it added up. They said, Richard, go, go, go, go. Here's a couple more words. Richard, let me balance your bike on the grammar here. Let me help you here. All I kept doing was expanding the base, expanding that base and growing. And so by the time I graduated, I had an intermediate level.

After working in call centers for 4 years, I saw an opportunity to build something different - a company focused on advanced communication, conflict management, and genuine human connection. Unlike massive corporate call centers, we've created an environment where employees aren't just numbers - they're part of a community where mentorship, growth, and second chances matter. With pinball machines, arcade games, and a culture that values personal development, we've proven that sometimes the best business decisions come from following an unconventional path. Join me as I share my 16-year journey of building a company that puts people first, the challenges of international business ownership, and why leaving my comfort zone in Philly was the best decision I ever made.

And it's flexible because it's everywhere. There's tons of Spanish speakers in Philly and in the world. And every time that I would do my 5%, 7%, one word, maybe a sentence.

Army Men 2 - Training Camp (Bootcamp). Comments in Spanish.
In Army Men and Army Men 3D, the commander of the Tan army, Plastro, invades Green territory. Sarge fights against the Tan forces and, at the end of the game, discovers a strange portal, which he enters, ending up in a gigantic kitchen. The game Army Men 2 begins with a massive Tan force, including Plastro himself, chasing him through the portal. Major Mylar betrays Plastro, destroys the portal upon entering, and takes control of the army and Tan territories when Plastro is presumed missing.
Army Men II is a real-time tactics (RTS) game developed and published by The 3DO Company for Microsoft Windows and Game Boy Color. The game differs from the first installment in that it features battles in both the "Real World" and the "Plastic World." It was also the first to introduce the concept of portals between the Real World and their world (Plastic World), a theme that was expanded upon in later games. It is the sequel to both PC Army Men and Army Men 3D for PlayStation 1 (which had the same storyline as Army Men 1).

Ride with Grace – Style, Comfort & Safety on Every Journey
Every journey tells a story and how you ride says a lot about who you are. Whether it’s a city commute, a weekend road trip, or a ride into the mountains, true riders know that the experience isn't just about speed or distance it's about how you ride. It's about riding with grace a perfect blend of style, comfort, and safety that turns every kilometer into a statement.
So if you're the kind of rider who values smooth control, refined gear, and looking sharp while staying protected, it’s time to upgrade. Ride with grace, ride with purpose and gear up the right way with premium motorcycle gear online in India.
Style That Speaks Volumes
When you arrive at a meeting with gear, there's a certain impact that attracts attention. Your riding style should reflect your individuality, from striking designs to elegant finishes. Alpinestars, Rynox, Revit, and Dainese are just a few of the brands that have perfected the art of functional design by fusing performance apparel with urban edge.
Today's motorcycle gear allows you to show off your style without sacrificing protection whether you want leather jackets with aggressive cuts or textile options for adaptability when touring.
Riding denim, armored joggers, or technical pants no more sacrificing street style for road safety.
And when it comes to footwear, boots from TCX, Sidi, or Forma offer that blend of comfort and cool that lets you ride all day and walk off like a pro.
Comfort That Keeps You Going
Long rides, varying climates, and unpredictable roads India throws a lot at its riders. That’s why comfort is non-negotiable.
Look for jackets with mesh panels, waterproof liners, or thermal layers, depending on your terrain.
Ventilated gloves, neck gaiters, and ergonomic armor placement can make hours on the saddle feel like a breeze.
Even add-on accessories like Bluetooth communication systems from Sena or Cardo help you stay connected and entertained on the go without ever taking your hands off the bars.
Safety That’s Non-Negotiable
Graceful riding doesn’t mean riding soft it means riding smart. And that begins with wearing the right protection. A full-face helmet like the Shoei X-SPR Pro, HJC RPHA 1, Arai RX-7V, or Ruroc Atlas 4.0 doesn’t just shield you it boosts confidence.
Look for ECE, DOT, or SNELL certifications when choosing your lid. Internal padding, emergency cheek pads, and anti-fog visors make a huge difference, especially on long rides.
Pair it with CE Level 2 armor in your jacket and pants, and you’re not just safe you’re ready for anything.

Advice for Selecting a Call Center
What kind of advice would you give for people in searching for a call center, whether outbound or inbound? Good cop and bad cop. Let's go bad cop first. You got to make sure that they are a company that follows all legal laws. I follow all business and banking laws in the United States with my company that's out of Florida. They in turn hire my company in Costa Rica, which follows all the labor laws here. I'm not going to be a fall guy for anybody. I'm a guest here. I have to pay the Caja. I got to do the Aguinaldo. I got to pay everything. And it costs money to run a business overseas. There's benefits to it. But then again, I'm not here to hide away. Google me
Handling Difficult Calls with Empathy
And I've also learned that if you allow somebody to vent, remember the cartoons when steam would go out of someone's ears? I do. I have a profanity rule. If they curse at you, Paula, they get a warning. They do it a second time, you can hang up. But if they're venting and they're getting it out, I'll let you do it. And then I'm going to give you some Philly guilt. I'm going to go, hey, Paolo, you done yet? You want to curse some more? And you go, Richard, I'm so sorry. I go, may we begin again? And you say, yes, we may. And then look at that sort of foundation. Now you have a client for life. And that's how you're training your people. It's maturity. Yeah. You can't take it personal. And you think about it. You're speaking to someone's worst day. Something broke. For an example, we work with a law firm. So we do level one intake coordinators for wrongful termination and disability. So imagine that extended empathy when people are calling us after they've been fired. And so we can cradle these calls. And I think those specific soft skills are the things some people might be lacking today.

As a B2B business leader and data innovator my work has led to dramatic increases in both revenue and digital marketing campaign ROI for hundreds of Fortune 2000 and midmarket firms. I’ve driven nearly $300 million in revenue for a single Fortune 500 client in one year.
My priority is to deliver more desirable business outcomes -- using accurate high-quality data to fuel success for Omni-channel digital marketing campaigns. OMI’s mission is to turn data into revenue and results. We use our database of more than 20+ million businesses and 145+ million B2BC contacts—which include email addresses and digital IDs backed by the industry’s first 95% email validity guarantee.
Since 1998, I’ve made a name for myself as an award-winning B2B marketing innovator – and the driving force behind the world’s largest SMB database.
The fast pace of business has been a constant in my career. That’s why it’s been important for me to create balance. My love of Asian art has influenced a Zen attitude that drives my approach to problem solving in both my business and my personal life. The philosophy I share with my team and business partners and clients is to speak up when something isn’t right so that, together, we can fix it.
As a military brat, I was exposed to many places, peoples and cultures. That stopped at 21 with the death of my father. Still in college, I helped my mother reengineer her life and learned self-reliance and responsibility that cannot be taught in a classroom.
Running a business is exhilarating but also filled with challenges. So, sharing my expertise and the lessons I’ve learned is important to me. I take every opportunity to mentor new entrepreneurs and those just getting started in their careers--to give them advice and encouragement and guide them on a path to success.
It’s also why I write: for our company blog, Forbes Advisory Circle, and other outlets. If you could ask me one thing, what would that be? Take a moment and message me.

Richard, at what point in the marketing to sales pipeline do you see call centers having the greatest impact? And how do you define that sweet spot between MQL and SQL? Well, I believe that A.I., a computer can never replace empathy. They can't give you a hug. And so you will use it for gathering and to make things easier, bring it to the 10 yard line, so to speak.

Tag Your Mate – Share the Ride, Share the Thrill
There’s a certain kind of magic in riding solo. But let’s be honest some journeys just hit different when you’ve got your riding buddy right there next to you. The shared laughs at a chai stall, the head-nod when you throttle in sync, the silent understanding when the road stretches out ahead it’s not just a ride, it’s a brotherhood (or sisterhood) on wheels.
So, tag your mate. The one who always shows up with a full tank and no excuses. The one who knows when to push the limits and when to just cruise. Because let’s face it riding is better when the thrill is shared.
The Joy of Riding Together
From mountain passes in Ladakh to coastal curves in Goa, every rider has that one friend who turns any trip into a story. Whether it's a weekend breakfast run or an all-out cross-country tour, having your buddy riding beside you means:
Double the thrill, half the worry
Shared memories that last a lifetime
Built-in photographer and mechanic (we all have that one friend!)
Unspoken understanding only riders get
You’ve probably got hours of GoPro footage and inside jokes no one else understands. And every ride, no matter how simple, turns into an adventure when your riding crew is locked and loaded.
Gear Up Together
Real friends don’t let friends ride unprepared. Whether you’re the one always pushing for that next gear upgrade or you’re helping your mate choose the right helmet, you both know that gear matters.
Matching riding jackets? Flex.
Gloves that make filtering through traffic feel like slicing butter? Absolutely.
Helmets like the Shoei X-SPR Pro, HJC RPHA 1, or Arai RX-7V that offer top-tier protection with unbeatable style? Must-have.
And when you and your riding buddy are geared up right, it’s not just about looking good. It’s about riding safer, longer, and smarter together.
The Right Gear for the Right Crew
At Bikegear.in, we don’t just supply gear we ride too. That means we get it. We’ve curated helmets, jackets, boots, gloves, and luggage systems that are perfect for duos who ride hard and ride far.
Whether you and your buddy are planning your next road trip, gearing up for track days, or just upgrading your Sunday rides, we’ve got what you need:
Top riding brands like Alpinestars, Rynox, Dainese, Revit
Touring luggage, Bluetooth comms, performance parts
Fast delivery across India and expert support
Need help picking gear that matches your mate’s vibe? Hit us up at +91 9610311313.
Tag. Ride. Repeat.
Riding together is more than just a hobby it’s a bond. So next time you’re revving up for a ride, don’t forget to tag your mate, gear up, and hit the road.

Sarge Hawk and Bravo Company destroyed a portal at a real world dinner party while a seductive Blue spy watched from afar, admiring Sarge.
After returning to the Plastic World, Grimm informs Sarge and Vikki about the anti-plastrification serum and the threat it represents to the Green Nation. Sarge and Vikki are sent to destroy a freighter train containing the serum and the portal the Tans use to transport it. They succeed, so Sarge and Vikki part ways, Sarge going to the Freezer while Vikki goes to the Graveyard. In the freezer, Sarge manages to destroy the serum hidden inside the soda cans, and Vikki, with Hoover's help, manages to get to Dr. Madd.'s, but instead of waiting for Sarge, she enters the Castle and ends up captured by Zombies. But Sarge eventually manages to rescue her and destroy the Serum inside the castle.
Upon their return, Grimm informs the duo that they have found the location of the Tannenburg headquarters with the help of a female Blue spy, revealed to be Brigitte Bleu, who claims to be working with the Blue Resistance.
The Green Army launches an assault on the Tan Headquarters and Tannenburg is captured. During the peace treaty, Plastro invades the base through a portal with his new army and captures Vikki. Seeing that the base is lost, Grimm and Sarge escape. They meet up with Bravo Company at a distant outpost and are sent to capture Tan's Dormitory Command...
-----------------------------------
Sarge's Heroes 2 picks up after the first game. The leader of the Tan Nation, General Plastro, has been missing ever since he fought Sergeant Hawk. Sarge has been busy blowing up the portals connecting the reduced-scale Plastic World to the "other world" on the Real World scale, the world of humans.
In addition to guarding the portals that allow the Army Men to teleport to the real world, Sarge wants to uncover the details behind Bleu's plan to revive Plastro, before the Tans can use it to their advantage. It's basically the same third-person shooter from the last Sarge's Heroes, which we game fans love. There are many traditional weapons to use such as sniper rifles, grenade launchers, bazookas, mortars and the like. The Sergeant and his friends go through places like a refrigerator or the kitchen table, while destroying small squads of Tan Army Men and achieving objectives ranging from protecting a teammate, rescuing someone or simple search and destroy. As each small squad of Tan Army Men is destroyed, you are rewarded with full health before heading out on the next group of enemies. The system works pretty well until you die and realize you have to start the whole level from the beginning. Some of the levels can take almost half an hour to complete (unless you're an expert making a speedrun), and the lack of save points in the middle of the level can get frustrating (unless, like most nowadays, you're using an emulator). There are also several cooperative levels where a fellow Bravo Company Commando team up with you for the mission. Often your own teammate will shoot you repeatedly, or put themselves in constant danger, making the level much more difficult than it should be because you have to protect them.
The feel of the game is different, in general. Rather than try to adapt what exists on the other consoles (PS2 or N64) and pare it down for the limited Playstation hardware, like the original Sarge's Heroes did, the team on this port decided to put their own mark on a lot of things. The levels have been completely redesigned to be more compact, some weapons have been added, and more enemies have been added to the mix.
Sarge's Heroes 2 for PlayStation 2 is by far one of the best looking Army Men games to date. This PlayStation 1 version is almost totally different, but although it is lower quality for the obvious reason of running on the PS1, the quality of the game, the models and the resolution of the textures have been greatly improved. The Army Men have a nice shiny look to them and there are some noteworthy effects like reflections and particles that are used quite liberally. The explotions also look particularly good. Even so, the repetitive enemies age the experience quickly and the not-so-powerful bosses fail to spice up the game. In general, the graphics in Sarge's Heroes 2 are the result of an old game engine on an old console, only with graphic improvements.
Army Men: Sarge's Heroes 2 is some of the best the series has to offer. If you've enjoyed Army Men games in the past, Sarge's Heroes 2 is more of the same. The gameplay is a bit frustrating as always and there are a lot of bugs that haven't been fixed. But anyway, for those who haven't found previous iterations of the series disappointing, they won't change their minds with this latest installment.

Richard Blank's Decision to Move to Costa Rica
It was a one in a million opportunity when I was 27 years old back in August of 2000. A friend of mine who owned a center here said, Richie, come down and come and teach English for a couple months. Relax for a little bit, take a break. When I came to Costa Rica, I didn't want to leave. So after those 60 days, I went to my friend and asked if I could stay. And he said, you beat me to the punch. I was just about to offer it to you as well. And just like as you would expect, there were hugs and high fives and smiles. I worked with my friend for four years. I learned the business.
The Real Secret Behind Starting a Business
But this is the different thing. And this assisted me in my decision to start my business. I didn't do C-level. So no, I didn't understand the contracts, the labor laws and things like that and the benefits. Learned it from the inside out. Really, I was one of the very best and strongest of soldiers. I learned retention and customer support and onboarding and training, a little bit of human resources, and I even learned search engine optimization. So if you really want to think about it, a lot of the times it's not like what you're getting paid, but if you can get some experience, I did four years of it and I learned enough to be able to start my company. But the secret It wasn't the margins or the connections that you have. It's really extending empathy and giving call center agents dignity because the largest grape and what causes most attrition is people just don't feel valued and disrespected.
Understanding Tone and Cadence in Customer Interactions
Let's talk about some of that. I want to hear a piece of that. I want to function as if I was working in your center. So you're training them to hear tone, response, cadence, and a person's voice to respond to that. Is that right? Yeah, you can tell when someone's yelling at you. And you can tell in grandma's fist. So what people need to do is to slow down and severely calm down. And there are some actions. Do you want me to juggle some stuff for you? Sure, I'll give you a couple quick techniques.

Personally, sure, speaking Spanish opens doors for me and shows respect. But guess what it also does? It's the James Bond. Sometimes I say, you're no Spico Españolo. They're like, this guy's an idiot. And so I'll sit back. And it's only for selected company. But I'll see if people are sizing me up or saying things about me. I don't need to disclose that to everybody if they have bad intentions. But for the most part, I speak Spanish. But I have used that for my own protection from time to time. And I guess when they see me and I'm a business owner and I wear a suit, you would believe that they would charge more. Let's be realistic. So what do I do? I got my main man out there. I got Ace. he goes to the place. So instead of $100, now it's $45 and transportation. Thank you. Yeah, this is great. And so you need to have the right people that know the right people.

Using Language and Strategy to Navigate Business
