No cal explicar gaire cosa més, excepte que el curt del barceloní Juanjo Giménez narra l'inici d'alguna cosa entre aquests dos personatges a través d'una manera de comunicar-se amb notes, cites enigmàtiques i les filmacions de les càmeres de seguretat que resulta imprevista, alhora que atrapa i sorprèn l'espectador. "Timecode" és una peça de 15 minuts que fa un ús molt atractiu de la música, el ritme, la coreografia i el temps. La carrera d'aquest curtmetratge va començar amb una Palma d'Or a Canes, que no és poca cosa, i podria acabar amb un premi Oscar, que seria el final perfecte per arrodonir aquests més de 50 premis que acumula, en què també hi ha un Gaudí i un Goya, entre molts d'altres.
