You’re applying sunscreen WRONG! 🚨 Yup, that quick swipe-and-go method isn’t doing your skin any favors. Think of sunscreen like a shield—it needs to be locked in, not just slapped on.
Here’s the golden rule: Dab, don’t rub! 👏 When you rub sunscreen aggressively, you’re actually thinning out the protection and leaving patches exposed (hello, uneven coverage and surprise sunburns! ☀️). Instead, apply a generous amount, gently spread it over your skin, then DAB in with your fingertips. This helps it absorb evenly and stay put longer.
And no, one dab isn’t enough. Most people don’t use nearly enough sunscreen. A nickel-sized amount for your face, a shot glass worth for your body—because trust me, the sun doesn’t take breaks. 🌞
Still skipping the “Dab” step? Try it once and see how much better your skin feels—no greasy mess, no streaks, just a smooth, protected glow. ✨
How do YOU apply sunscreen—rub or Dab? Let’s settle this debate in the comments! ⬇️

Penis Extender I Use: http://PenimasterX.com
How's it going boys? This video is going to be a little bit intimate between you and me. In this video, I'm going to tell you exactly how much results I gained from using a penis stretcher. I'm not just going to share with you my results, I'm also going to ask my girlfriend how she feels in terms of results, like what difference did it make for her. So if you're looking to get a bigger penis, just watch this video and you're going to understand how much size you're going to gain if you decide to use a penis stretcher.
Now, quick disclaimer, I am not sponsored by any of the companies that I'm mentioning in this video. No company tells me what to say, no company reviews the video before I publish it. Everything that I said in this video is 100% my experience and 100% honest. So now that we got this one out of the way, I'm pretty sure you're wondering for yourself how much could you gain if you decide to use a penis stretcher. The answer is not in centimeters or in inches, the answer is actually in percentage. So you can't expect to be 10 centimeters now and to expect to gain another 10. That's just unrealistic, okay? So realistically what you can expect to gain is up to 30-35% of your current length and up to 20% more of your current girth, which is by the way a lot.
So to put it in perspective, if you are 15 centimeters right now, it will be realistic for you to see a five-centimeter increase in length within one to two years. Now don't expect to gain 35% in like a month or two, it's just not realistic. In the same way that you can't have like a perfect body by training just a month or two at the gym, it just doesn't happen even if you take steroids, you're just not gonna do it. Building your body and changing your body takes time, so don't expect to start using the penis stretcher and to gain like a 35% increase in length within the first month or two, it's just not realistic.
And in this video, I'm going to tell you what's realistic and I'm going to share with you my personal results. So to be quite honest with you, I don't know what's going to be the limit for me to gain in terms of length. However, what I noticed is the biggest changes actually happen the first month. But for you to keep gaining length and girth, you have to use it more. That is very similar to you training at the gym. The biggest results you're gonna see at the first month because you're literally starting from zero, so anything that you gain is going to be very, very visible. And for me personally, the first month I gained around one and a half to almost two centimeters in length, which is a lot. Just to let you know, I started with 15 centimeters, so that means it is around, I don't know, maybe 20% or 15% increase in length. For me personally, I was more than happy with this result, and for my girlfriend as well, she actually noticed that and she mentioned that a few times when we were having sex.
And speaking of my girlfriend, why don't we ask her what does she think about my results after using the penis stretcher? Here we go. Yeah, I think you definitely became thicker and much more sensitive, and you're reaching the end, it's like you don't need money, you need more than that, definitely like, uh, stop, stop it. So those are the kind of results that you can expect to see. However, it's very important to realize that those results are not the same between one device to another because different penis stretchers and different devices work in very different ways.
From my personal experience, when I used the PeniMaster, I had the biggest results. I'm going to leave a link for it in the description. However, when I used the Phallosan Forte, I did not see the same results, mainly because of the way that Phallosan Forte works. It doesn't stretch all your penis, it stretches only a smaller part of it. So I made a separate video on how the Phallosan Forte works and why the results are not as good as the PeniMaster. On top of that, if you are circumcised, you're going to see much improvement in terms of sensitivity if you use the PeniMaster because of the way it works. It vacuums ahead of your penis and it allows for more blood flow into the head of your penis, which makes you more sensitive, makes you enjoy sex more, and it also makes your penis bigger because when the head of your penis is bigger, that means that your partner is gonna feel it more, you're gonna feel it more, and in general, you're just gonna have a bigger penis.
So if to be honest, if I was gonna recommend just one device out of like the six devices that I bought and tried, I would only recommend the PeniMaster. And if you're going to get the PeniMaster, I recommend you to get the complete set because sometimes you're just more comfortable wearing the belt, other times you're more comfortable wearing the device. Personally now, I'm more comfortable wearing the device. The way I wear it is on top of my boxers, so I'll get my penis outside of the boxers and then I'll wear it on top of it, and this way there's like a barrier between the plastic of the device and my body, and it makes it much more comfortable and easier to wear for a prolonged period of time.
Now I'm going to make a whole video about the tips and tricks of how to use the penis stretcher in the most comfortable way. So if you'd like to see that, all you have to do is just subscribe to the channel and let me know in the comments if you're interested in something like that. Now one very important thing that I would like to mention here is that consistency is key. If you're not gonna wear the penis stretcher every day or at least every second day, you're not going to see much results. So for me personally, I would wear it five or six days in a week, so I'm wearing it every day for at least a couple of hours. In this way, even if I'm making slow progress, I'm making some progress every day.
Now if you're going to take breaks from using the penis stretcher, just realize that this might take you back a little bit, and it's very important to keep that in mind because if you're not going to be consistent using the penis stretcher, it's going to affect your results. So in my opinion, the minimum you should wear it is at least two hours per day. Now on their website, they recommend wearing it for five or six hours per day. I personally prefer slow and steady progress because wearing it six hours per day sometimes it can interfere with your personal life. So I personally prefer to wear just two hours per day and to see some progress instead of putting too much pressure on myself to where it's six hours per day and then to stop wearing it because it's too difficult to do that.
By the way, another benefit to using the penis stretcher for those of you that are a little bit older and that are watching my videos, even if you're young sometimes you just get weak erections. Now when I started using the penis stretcher, my erections got so much better. I have no idea why, probably due to the fact that you're actually doing stretching for your penis and that allows for more blood to flow into it more easily, and this way I was getting much harder. I really realized it with my girlfriend, especially when you're laying down and your girlfriend is on top. You probably know that this is the weakest erection you'll have because the blood has to actually go up to your penis. Now when I started using the device, I'm actually getting way harder erections, which is saving me, you know, taking enhancers like Viagra or any other pills in order for me to get hard erections, especially when I'm drinking when I'm going out. This way I'm more confident that I'm going to have a good erection compared to before I started using the penis stretcher.
So to summarize this video, if you decide to start using a penis stretcher, the results that you are going to see depend on your initial size. But from my personal experience and from the rest of the studies that are online, you can expect to see up to 30 or 35% increase in length and up to 20% increase in girth. However, don't expect to gain those numbers in the first month, so it's gonna take you some time. I would say between a year to two in order for you to gain this 30 to 35%. However, even after the first month of use, you're going to see some results which will motivate you to keep going and using the device for longer periods of time.
So how much did I actually gain in terms of length after using the penis stretcher for around five months? Now I measured my size and made photos before I started using the device, and I measured my size and made photos right now before making the video. My initial size before I started using the penis stretcher was 15 centimeters. Currently, I'm at 18 centimeters, so we're talking about three centimeters increase in length, so that's a little bit over an inch, maybe an inch and a half in the span of five months. However, I want you to remember that some periods I was not using it, so I stopped using it at the beginning for a month if I'm not mistaken. Also, I took a break of a week or two when I got sick, so I wasn't using it for that period. So I wasn't that consistent in using it. On top of this, I did use the Phallosan Forte for around a month, which in my opinion didn't really help my results. So I would say if I were to use the PeniMaster only consistently on a daily basis for five months, I would have seen much better results. However, you know, I'm still happy with the results that I got, and I'm gonna keep using it and update you guys maybe in a month or two to see what kind of results I'm going to get using only the PeniMaster.
So I hope you guys enjoyed this video. If you did, please leave it a thumbs up so you let me know that you actually liked it so I can make more videos like this one. Also, if you're new to this channel, please consider subscribing, hitting the bell icon so you get notified every time I upload a new video, and let me know in the comments are you actually considering to use a penis stretcher and which penis stretcher would you use. Also, if you'd like to see me make a specific video or you have a specific question about the penis stretcher, also write it down in the comments and I'm going to answer all the questions personally in any way. I'm going to see you in the next video. Bye.
Business Bros Classroom Podcast. An AP exam on Revolutionizing Call Centers by teacher Richard Blank

We invite you to be a part of the conversation, ask us questions, critique our advice, share your opinions, and help us to grow as we work hard to help you too achieve success.
Ethical Telemarketing and First Impressions
I still find telemarketing is a means to an end, and I think you should gauge the calls you make in regards to ethics. You feel comfortable making the call, or you're being shady, or as you say, just spammy. And so since I'm a guest in a Catholic country, the agents have leveraged it, and I need to make sure that they can go home and tell their parents what they do for a living. But let's be realistic here. You're looking to buy time. You're not gonna get the 10 minutes that Hollywood shows you. There's a lot of gatekeepers out there. So my suggestions for people that are doing, let's just say business-to-business type of phone calls, your first impression should be a company name spike. As much as I want to know how well Ernance CS is doing today, if you answer the call, I'm going to say, hey, Business Bros Podcast, how are you doing today? I'm going to say it better than you do. And so what it's going to do is use my anonymity as good faith. It's almost like a mystery shopper. I've been there before. So these gatekeepers reduce it a little bit. And two of them graduated Germantown Academy, a very fine private school that Once again, I left in seventh grade. So there are certain areas where you shine and there are certain places where I believe that you belong and you're more comfortable. You should believe in your intuition. You shouldn't listen to the naysayers and the gray believers. I believe if you live life with good intentions, you should drink life. And for me, my passion was Spanish. My good friends, it wasn't the five hours in class or the one hour of homework. I was watching movies, listening to music, reading books, finding as many intercombios as I could just to practice my passion. Little did I know it unlocked all these doors. And when I moved to Costa Rica, I started off five steps ahead
Success Metrics and Importance of Soft Skills
In business, there's always all kinds of metrics. For me in marketing, I'm always looking at click through rates and conversion rates and all these different numbers that mean different things for the marketing space. When it comes to the call center, what do you measure as success? What metrics are you prioritizing to kind of measure that success rate? Depends on the stage of the project. If you're in a ramp up onboarding stage, you're looking at simple metrics, if they can just keep pace. And then you're focusing when you have your quality control department, if they're hitting their KPIs, which are key performance indicators, are they qualifying the call properly? Are they doing what they're being paid to do? But I, my friend, I'm always looking for the 10% wiggle. Where's the soft skills? When do we talk about the dog? Or Philadelphia? Or going fishing? Or one of those things that come up when I look at your company's bio and see how freaking cool it is. I mean, Business Bros Podcast, man, I could read about you guys for hours and listen to, you know, all of the episodes. And so these are the sort of things that just, as I'm saying, just add momentum. I hate standstill starts. I think you can catch people in a certain way and just connect with them in certain ways. So that's kind of my thoughts to that, my good friend.
Reach Out If You're Interested - No Strings Attached
if you can leave us with some final thoughts, but at the same time, plug your stuff. If people want to reach out, they're like, look, this guy understands communication. Richard knows what's up. He knows how to communicate. He knows how to train his staff. This is the kind of call center I want behind my business. How can they reach out and find out more information to work with you? First, your amazing audience needs to put their checkbook away. I'm not selling anything. There's no 1995 seminar. I don't have a book.
They start asking me my name and politely I will introduce myself, but I'll take it a step further.

They start asking me my name and politely I will introduce myself, but I'll take it a step further.

I still find telemarketing is a means to an end, and I think you should gauge the calls you make in regards to ethics. You feel comfortable making the call, or you're being shady, or as you say, just spammy. And so since I'm a guest in a Catholic country, the agents have leveraged it, and I need to make sure that they can go home and tell their parents what they do for a living. They start asking me my name and politely I will introduce myself, but I'll take it a step further.
Introduction to Traditional Marketing's Relevance
Boom all right ladies and gentlemen i know we communicate a lot through social media but some of these traditional ways of marketing and getting uh you know your message out like picking up the phone if that sounds interesting to you because there's still money to be made in that industry a lot of it we're going to talk about that on this episode let's get this thing going here we go shut up and sit down look A business can give you everything you want in life, prestige, wealth, freedom. It can also take everything away from you. This show is for those who are willing to take that risk. These are the real-life stories of entrepreneurs. But before we start, I have one small favor to ask. Please leave a comment. It can be advice, critiques, tips, feedback, or share this with someone because your engagement is the most valuable and most powerful form of social currency. So thank you, and welcome to another episode of...
Listen Actively for Superior Customer Service
customer support, you take notes so they don't have to repeat themselves. And I tell you what, people hedge. They say, okay, wonderful, great. Well, sometimes the answer is not wonderful. Sometimes the answer is not great. If the guy's like, I've been married 50 years and I'm the happiest in the world, that's great. Married 50 years, okay, that's great. But if they're saying, I live on one, two, three main seat, that's great. No, it's not, it's crack infested. And someone just got shot yesterday. And so if you're not sure, Those are the times when you use that monotone robot. Hernan, did you say one, two, three Main Street? Is that correct? Yes, Richard. Thank you. Then you move on because I've seen people open up rabbit holes by being excited for the worst or missing the tell sign of being positive on something. So watch that hedging. Hedging's terrible. And stop calling people sir and ma'am... potentially listening to you because you want to vent for a minute. And then we take nice notes. So when we call back, we remind you what you've spoken about. So now we're five steps ahead.

By focusing less on the dollars and more on the passion you can learn things along the way that will help you support a life worth living.

Overcoming Pressure and Following Passion
And I was under an enormous amount of pressure to go to Ivy League like my grandpa. He went to Harvard Law. My pop was at Columbia Business School. My brother went to Washington and League.
But if you want to get in touch with me, definitely buy a first-class plane ticket. Come down here and visit me. But I do have an extremely large Facebook fan page, and I got 114,000 local Costa Ricans. And it will give your audience a real grasp of the business process outsourcing industry in Central America. Now, real quick, we're north of Panama, south of Nicaragua. We're the only democratic society in Central America. It's amazing

That’s exactly what I help businesses do with my Conversational Funnels at Anabots, an AI-powered method that turns every lead into an opportunity, every interaction into a conversion, and every business into a success story.
Originally trained as an architect, I now build sales systems that never sleep, never miss a lead, and always show up when your customers are ready to buy.

Beyond building AI strategies, I co-host two podcasts, Basic Business AI and BizHaps, where I break down complex AI strategies into simple terms and highlight real stories from entrepreneurs. I’m always looking for fresh voices, so if you’d like to share your insights or story, let’s talk about having you on as a guest!

Vulnerability and Growth
I could have done the easy thing and punked out, but I did the tough thing and just sucked it up. And little did I know that this individual might've been in this situation before, And so they extended some empathy, got out there and pushed with me. And I can also take the jokes and the jabs. That's what it's all about. It only gives you more foundation, more bonding and a funny sort of talk about during cocktails. I knew this in business. If you can make yourself vulnerable, my good friend, Anna, it makes you powerful. And that was one of the days I shed some skin and actually grew as a person.
And if you're just looking to connect or explore collaborations, I’d love to hear from you!

a today's guest is Richard Blanc he is the CEO of Costa Rica's call center his Bish up is about that time when in a suit and out of gas he pushed his car in the ring and his client even helped so Richard welcome to the show let's get into your story and I'm so happy to be with you and your audience today so my biz have my goodness gracious about 10 years ago
I was enjoying a sunny day with my 1992 Volkswagen Cabriolet convertible but then all of a sudden it's the rainy season so you got to put the top up little did I know I forgot that I ran out of gas and so when I was going to take a client out to dinner on P cologne which is the main street all I had to do is go down one block make it right and I'm on the highway well did I know a quarter of a block there the car conks out what do I do I'm in a suit the guy's sitting next to me and I said listen I took my jacket off I go I'm gonna push this thing you mind sitting in the driver's seat and we'll get it to the gas station my buddy looks at me goes no man I'm taking my jacket off too getting out there and I'm going to help you push this oh my go are you serious he goes absolutely this never happens and so in the rain pushing it down Main Street cars of course hitting puddles on purpose just to soak me thank you beeping the works
all I know is when I pulled that thing into the gas station filled her up I'm looking at the guy I'm drenched suits ruined he looks at me and he goes listen just dropped me off at the hotel picked me up a half an hour later after our change we're still getting dinner and I was like my man and so don't kid yourself when things like this happen you get to see a certain side of you there's character during chaos Anna I could have done the easy thing and punked out but I did the tough thing and just sucked it up
little did I know that this individual might have been in this situation before and so they extended some empathy got out there and pushed with me and I can also take the jokes and the Jabs that's what it's all about it only gives you more Foundation more bonding and a funny story to talk about during cocktails oh oh yes yes I knew this in business if you can make yourself vulnerable hble my good friend Anna it makes you powerful and that was one of the days I shed some skin and actually grew as a person I love this phrase that you just said if you can make yourself vulnerable vulnerable it makes you powerful because yes we're not robots
I can see how that was a great bonding moment with your client still client to this day he's like hey what's up gas man I'm like thanks okay of course call me the gas man so uh that's just how it goes that's awesome and yeah I mean my biggest takeaway is yes you're doing business with your clients but you're also a human being and if they can see that it builds trust with them well I literally danced in the rain and they saw it and they saw what happened when the chips were down and a client's there and times's a ticking what do you do well you step up to the plate you do what you think is best and and you can laugh a minute because if you can laugh it lets off so much Steam and I went from like a 10 to a two and I took that eight and I used that to push my car but uh it's not the point the point is we're not perfect we don't b a thousand
I think if you get a scar and you're proud of it or if there is an experience that you grew from it then it only makes you better person and so I'm more than happy to talk to you and your tens of thousands of amazing fans and spilling my guts I'm letting you know that it happened to me and it may me today you tomorrow so just be prepared you know some of these things do come up and uh when you do it just capture it drink life enjoy it and then you get to get on Anna's amazing show and tell your story about it fantastic thanks so much for that so Richard who do you serve and how can those people find you well I got a huge Facebook fan page of 137,000 local Costa Rican tikos once this goes live you have so much new fans but it also gives your audience a chance a grasp of the business process Outsourcing industry in Central America North of Panama south of Nicaragua only Democratic Society in Central America no standing army so we have a 95% literacy rate in education Amazon HP Intel oror here and we're known for ecotourism so it's a great place to be and I've been here the last 24 years that's awesome thank you so much to Our Guest Richard blank for coming in and sharing his story about how in a suit and out of gas he pushes car in the rain and even his client help there great bonding moment.

Leadership: Developing Strong and Confident Employees
And sometimes I take things personal because if you're going to start strong with me, you should end strong as well. There's a huge attrition rate in this industry. But Lily, my attrition is natural. I'm going to lose somebody because it's closer to their home. It's a better schedule for their school or their girlfriend works there. But they'll never get the walk of shame. Lily, I'm not going to make you cry. And my ego is fine. I don't need to yell at you or threaten you because you could always quit. I'll bend you. I won't break you. But I need to get you better. I have to get you stronger, more self-reliant and more self-confident. And if I'm able to pay it forward in some sort of way to make you that much more stable and determined, that's how I believe leaders are made.
Quality Control in Telemarketing
And what a shame, because if they had 10 lilies making phone calls, I guarantee the percentages would be different. I also believe in listening to the phone calls and doing quality control. Listen to their rate of speech, how loud they're speaking. Are they pausing? Are they asking transitional sentences? Are they using tie-down questions, if things make sense or sounds good? They're just more engaged.
Ethical Use of Power and Influence
And the riches are yours. You have a very nice life and buy stuff. But gold and jewels lose its luster. I mean, there's only so many dinners you can eat. But if you're in a position of leverage and of authority or some sort of influence, do the right thing. Use that fire for warmth and light. Don't use it to burn people because it's a very special power and it should be used correctly.
Buying Time with Personal Interests
But if someone starts talking about my pinball machines being from Philadelphia, you know, running this cool art deco looking call center, you just bought yourself five minutes, Lily. It's yours to lose. And I think all you need to do is just buy a little 30 seconds to five minutes worth of time to continue your checkpoints and your pass to pitch. It could be done for a dollar or for a million dollars. Either way, it's the same play.
The Importance of Language and Training in Telemarketing
It really all depends on the script. If you're giving me extremely technical words... might take us a while to learn how to pronounce it correctly or if I got to write my scripts phonetically. So at least I say things correctly. Like in real estate, for an example, you can't say escrew. It's escrow. Come on. And so there are certain things you have to switch. But I tell you what, if somebody has been in this industry for 10 or 15 years, they might have bad habits. That might be a cancer. That might be tainted or jaded. But if you bring an individual that's bilingual, which to me bears the mark of higher education, you can mold them. You can really adjust them accordingly and grow them quick. Because once again, they don't have bad habits.

Success is about moments...
When it worked podcast shares the experts who over came the odds to forge success on their own terms. Listen as Julian Leahy shares with us the key moments that changed everything for them.
Cost Savings Of Using Offshore Telemarketers
We are considered near shore because of our distance to the United States the agents that we have here are bilingual spanish and english which in the United States spanish could be the most spoken language in the next 10 years and also in regards to our cost savings you can get a turnkey agent here for salary benefits, hr telecom and overhead for the same price you would be paying an hourly agent in the United States.

Call Centers: More than Just a Job
It can be a very grueling job for people making phone calls. And if you've got somebody that is looking out for the people, allowing them to be treated as humans, the clients are going to get better results because happy people on the phone is what you want after all, isn't it? Oh, absolutely. And, you know, this is not a job. This is a career. And call centers pay more than most vocations in Costa Rica. So I do have people here with law degrees and engineering degrees because it's much more lucrative. But as I mentioned before, there's nothing better than someone being an amazing speaker, because what happens then is that your potential is limitless. You're able to represent yourself properly. You can speak for others. And once again, your earnings potential is incredible.
It's Different When Telesales Agents Really Enjoy The Job
Most of the agents in the States believe that call center and telemarketing jobs are transitional or they look down on it. I don't know why because many people earn a living making and receiving calls.
In Costa Rica they find a second language stimulating and so they're constantly looking to increase their english skills and thus their marketability.
So by making these calls in the United States they really find it fascinating and so what we try to do is to cultivate and grow their second language skills by expanding their vocabulary by explaining certain genres that we have.
Incorporating Soft Sales Skills
We are also serious about incorporating certain soft skills that some people claim that we've lost today because most people are chatting or sending emails.
I prefer to speak with somebody. I think there's a much better chance to retain that client to get a referral, possibly an upsell and even worst case scenario if someone is not doing business with you. Maybe through an exit interview they can tell you ways in which you could improve or what your competition did in order to earn their business.
Positive Escalation
The best thing about making an outbound call to a business is a positive escalation let's just say hypothetically I'm trying to get in touch with you but there's an individual that will be answering and filtering this call prior to transfer what I like to do is to find out the plethora of information about your company we could find about anniversaries or promotions or the company culture but this is the thing this individual that assisted me prior to transferring to you I will a let them know that they were amazing and I'm going to talk about them so when I do get transferred I'm going to let you know that you have the most amazing people at your organization.
I'll do it verbally but then at the end of the call I will write you something as a follow-up and mention this individual as well in writing so the Richard circle comes where if I call your company back first they're going to know me they're going to thank me so much for talking about them to the boss and adding to my momentum they cannot wait to transfer the call to you and you're going to see the relationship I have with your company prior to any sort of contracts so I think you might take our good faith and our intentions much more into consideration compared to somebody just trying to angle their way in there for a sale with you.

Vintage Gaming Machines as Office Therapy
And I'm more than willing to drive a couple of hours to pick up a 1961 Ricola Regis and restore her. So since I have the space and my wife allows me to buy this stuff, I currently have 13 pinball machines, six jukeboxes, a bunch of retro arcade machines and an air hockey table. And so I've created a neutral environment through gamification. These agents can let off steam. They can recharge their batteries. They can meet people from other departments. And they also hang out with El Jefe. And it's an excellent place for us to be able to build that sort of culture where people become friends and they have a lot of fun. So instead of being on the phone for Instagram, Why go outside and smoke a cigarette or sit by yourself at lunch? Go and hang out at the arcade and have an excellent time. And so for me, gamification, and especially now that I have the room for it, I plan on expanding it. So maybe when we speak next year, you'll be hearing about all the different machines I have.
Legal and ethical management of call lists and client responsibilities
No, they want to get some leads happening for themselves. Do they need to have their own list of phone numbers to provide you with or do you have any sort of ability to provide a phone list? My clients supply me with the list and there's something in the United States, the DNC, which is the do not call list. So legally they have to have this list scrubbed for me because my company is inscribed in the United States. So I do follow all US business and banking laws. They in turn hire my Costa Rican corporation, which follows all the Costa Rican labor laws. So as much as somebody might want to use me as their face man or their fall guy, there's absolutely no way that we're going to compromise our ethics, values, and morals to make phone calls for you. I have to make sure everything checks out. And we're also in a very quick Catholic country. Julian, these agents have to go home and tell their parents what they do for a living. So as much as I want to fulfill the needs of the client, it's much more important to show empathy, dignity, and allowing the agents to feel good about themselves and the job that they're doing.

The problem is that content marketing, social media, and A.I. are over-simplified buzz words. They are ALL short-term revenue growth hacks. Get rich quick schemes.
Branding, organic seo, online ads, email marketing, digital, traditional, funnel hacking, and automation will continue to leave you empty handed and depleted.
That won't change with your next contracted "yes man".
The Law of Abundance and the Law of the Harvest can work in your favor though.
Especially when you focus your life on serving others.
How can you better tap into the power of that truth?
Hard-work is to be embraced.
Entrepreneurs and business leaders that truly care about the people they serve see value in our approach.
If you want to make an impact that helps more people throughout this world, call me.
Sustainable revenue growth is the answer.
Why? Because hype is failing all around you.
96% of businesses fail within 10 years.
Tradition causes that.
But fads aren't the answer.
What can you do about it?
You need true growth, and it's not easy.
You need expert guidance to BUILD a real organization.
1. You must put your customers' needs first.
2. Your “minimum budget” shouldn’t be your focus. Your desired results should be because strategy isn't a passive afterthought.
3. Shifting from a "catch up" culture to a "get ahead" power house takes immense discipline, but great teams enjoy the process.
For lasting success and growth, consider the power of aligning your vision and mission so that your sales department, support team, marketing materials, and processes finally reflect what you envisioned.
I'm sad to see how many visionaries fail by trying to force it on the wrong teams.
If you're reading this still, it's because you or your team need guidance to achieve meaningful growth, so just reach out.
I truly care about forming the right relationships.
If you have 5-10 years of experience in your field, you're ready for proper support.
If you're a mission-centric person, passionately serving your market then come ready to teach us all about you and what you do because we need to believe in it, too.
We show up ready to dive in because legacies aren't built with passive effort.
If you're making a massive impact and building a better future for our world, and you value dedicated team members that aren't scared to refine your vision with you we look forward to catching up with you!
