REVIEW: Whether it’s the thrashing riffs on the album either the sampling or the EDM-esque chorus in motion, there is not a second in this album that doesn’t have a catchy sample and jingle part going on. The album is not without its flaws though, some songs are clearly better than others, Not that there is a bad song here. It’s one of those albums that puts absolutely everything new or remind the listener of past sounds but everything it does, it does well and even great at times and this might as well be the perfect soundtrack for all kind of music. If you're suspicious of this claim, then hijack the jukebox at your local bar or kindly offer to be the DJ at a Halloween party. DJ R3V3R3ND MURD3R clearly passed this status with this album, getting rid of any stylistic barriers to integrated music. The outstanding drums, variety and overall harshness and brevity combining most of the harshest elements of metal with electronic genres such as breakcore, this record creates some outrageously chaotic freak outs from its eclectic formula really make this one of the best albums of his career.

Hunchbacks, vampires, and hammy acting! Dead Men Walking is nothing short of phenomenal “bad” cinema. From its outrageously camp overacting to its cleverly used low budget, this film is a sidesplitting faux macabre tale that relishes in the ridiculous. Where to begin in describing the spectacular ludicrousness? For starters, the leading man George Zucco plays the two main characters in the film: brothers who are physicians who want to kill each other. And one brother becomes a vampire. And there’s a hunchbacked assistant. The god fearing townspeople are kind enough to form a lynch mob to elevate this classic even further. Dead Men Walking is priceless entertainment.

The Toll is an animated mockumentary and a character study in the guise of a student project created by fictional film student Harvey Stevens. Harvey delves into the realm of not-so-fantastic myth to interview a troll who lives under a bridge. The troll is, for lack of a better word, evil. He's aggressive, uncouth, temperamental, and has a nasty habit of eating people. His pet is a malicious cross between a dragon, a pug, and a Cuisinart. Yet strangely, the troll wants acceptance from the society he preys on, and sees the young filmmaker as an opportunity to clear up the "misunderstandings" that have always plagued him.
As Harvey rolls the camera, the troll's comments on work, life, and love range from somewhat inappropriate to outrageously delusional, slowly revealing the hilariously tragic figure of a monster in denial.
