One windy day in February, 2018, while taking a stroll down New Walk in the middle of Leicester, our founder got the idea for Target ICT Ltd.
This was to combine his lifetime love for Technology, decade of starting businesses where technology gave an edge, ability to break down and communicate complex concepts simply as well as his love for problem solving.

With a mix of motivational public speaking style backed by tactful and appropriate rhetoric, Richard shared his knowledge and trained over 10 000 bilingual telemarketers over two decades.
Richard Blank has the largest collection of restored American Pinball machines and antique Rockola Jukeboxes in Central America making gamification a strong part of CCC culture.Richard Blank is the Chief Executive Officer for Costa Rica’s Call Center since 2008.
Mr. Richard Blank holds a bachelors degree in Communication and Spanish from the University of Arizona and a certificate of language proficiency from the University of Sevilla, Spain.
A Keynote speaker for Philadelphia's Abington High School 68th National Honors Society induction ceremony. In addition, entered into the 2023 Hall of Fame for Business along side other famous alumni. Paying it forward to Abington Senior High School is very important to Mr. Blank. As such, he endows a scholarship each year for students that plan on majoring in a world language at the university level.

Originally published in 1657, “The Seventh-Day Sabbath Sought Out And Celebrated” has been out of print for more than 350 years. Wilderness Publications has reprinted this important historical work for the benefit of all Christians. Thomas Tillam was a prominent preacher at Hexham, north of London. His vigorous exhortations, usually based on graphic adaptations of Revelation, brought scores of people to baptism by immersion. By 1655 Tillam had moved to Colchester. About a year later, Tillam began holding services in the parish church on Saturdays. He closed it on Sundays, and urged people to carry on with their business as usual. This brought him into conflict with the authorities, who put him into Colchester Castle Prison. Whilst he was in prison, Tillam wrote this book in answer to a pamphlet by William Aspinwall, a leading Fifth Monarchist. Of great historical significance is the fact that Tillam was one of the first authors to identify the Mark of the Beast as being its change of the Seventh-day Sabbath to Sunday. Using graphic and eloquent language throughout this treatise, pointing his readers back at times to the original Hebrew and Greek languages, Thomas Tillam explains that the final great controversy in these very last days will be between the Saints and the Man of Sin over the Seventh-day Sabbath.
