DIY for Business podcast has accepted Richard Blank's invitation to join the audience for a solid discussion regarding starting a company from scratch in Costa Rica as an expat. Topics discussed are advanced telemarketing strategy, conflict management, interpersonal soft skills, customer support, rhetoric, gamification, employee motivation, phonetic micro expression reading.
Richard Blank owns a call center in Costa Rica and he shares some fantastic sales techniques that work for his team and can also work for all people to improve their communication skills. If he can teach a team of phone sales professionals how to sell in a new language, he can help all of us become more effective at listening and carrying on purposeful conversations. He also gets into when the timing is right for your organization to use a call center versus hiring phone sales people. Great conversation that needs to be heard in December 2022.

El Contrato
https://es.joyread.com/30-El-Contrato

short version is better without Kathy Redfern's midsection
Too bad that the song on a 7" 45 RPM single had Kathy Redfern's annoying be-quiet-big-boys-don't-cry junk ruining in midsong that 10cc's record label, Mercury had no time to omit, plus it's too bad that the repeated first verse was omitted too abruptly. I will call that song very heartfelt and bittersweet that touches my heart, because it's mainly all about marriage relationship falling out of favor. Besides it's very touching.
I made a comment about that song on YouTube and said:
It's too bad that in 1975 British band 10cc might have taken a break from having a wacky sense of humor and started concentrating on a serious relevant version of the bittersweet heartbreaking ballad, "I'm Not In Love", minus Kathy Redfern's self-parody and believe me it is 10 times better than the epic 6-minute version of that song with her part added.
Click: https://store.cdbaby.com/cd/lauriemiller13 The message of B-O-R-I-N-G is that bad behavior is boring. Fun Video with humor. B-O-R-I-N-G was a Winner in The Great American Song Contest!
Thank you for your support!

It's too bad that in 1975 British band 10cc might have taken a break from having a wacky sense of humor and started concentrating on a serious relevant version of the bittersweet heartbreaking ballad, "I'm Not In Love", minus Kathy Redfern's self-parody and believe me it is 10 times better than the epic 6-minute version of that song with her part added.
shorter version is better, minus the be-quiet-big-boys-don't-cry midsection
