Hi there! Today, we're going to talk about aluminum gutters. They are a popular choice for many homeowners because of their durability, lightweight nature and ease of installation. So if you're considering new gutters for your home, aluminum might just be the perfect option for you. One of the great things about aluminum gutters is that they come in various colors.
This means you can easily find a shade that matches your home exterior, giving your house a cohesive and polished look. Now, while aluminum gutters are indeed cost effective, it's important to note that they might not be as durable as some premium options. For instance, Galvalume registered trademark steel gutters are known for their superior durability, especially in extreme weather conditions, which are quite common in places like Colorado.
So, it's all about balancing cost and durability based on your specific needs. To ensure longevity, it's recommended to upgrade to a more robust gutter system. Proper installation is crucial for efficient drainage, and regular maintenance is essential to prevent damage and extend the lifespan of aluminum gutters, which can last up to 20 years with care.
Conifer Gutter Service offers expert installation, maintenance, and repair services, helping you choose the right gutter system for your property.

MK Ultra Delgado, Morales, Levin reported police crime of 2025 in as early as in 2013 https://ausertimes.blogspot.com/2025/02/mk-ultra-delgado-morales-levin-reported.html
Delgado and Morales were since 2014 completely non violent individuals whom , HOWEVER, CHICAGO POLICE CONTINUED TO INVOLVE IN CRIME. With younger Morales becoming a real roommate of Delgado due to my not liking, one is one complained to me after it was obvious to him I didn't mind him around. Police, however, wouldn't let go either of the two and two had to comply with CHICAGO POLICE CRIME. Morales did have a family in Chicago(USA) and noboy understood why he went in wrong direction, however, his family no longer wanted one back after committing crime in 2013. Morales has at least two brothers, father, mom. His family was more violent than he was. It appeared Morales was the youngest one of the three brothers in the family. Its possibly there also was sister on picture.
Judge William Fahy CONNECTED DIRECTLY TO PRINCE ANDREW CERTAINLY DIDN'T MAKE GOOD/TRUSTWORTHY IMPRESSION ON ME AS A COURT JUSTICE WITH HIS INVOLVEMENT IN MY CASE DURING WHICH ONE EXPRESSED ONGOING SUPPORT FOR ME TILL CRUCIAL MOMENTS IN 2010 DURING WHICH ONE TURNED HIS BACK TO ME AND DID ALL HE COULD TO DESTROY ME FOR THE SAKE OF PSYCHIATRY. He earned trust by courting me with his daughter or daughters which were systematically gone off the picture and with POLICE VIOLENCE, WHOM ONE EVEN USED TO POSE INFRONT OF ME DURING SEVERE TORTURE IN CHICAGO. HAD BLACK CRIMINALS UNIFORMED AS POLICE OFFICERS GESTURE ME I OWE ONE FOR VIOLENCE PAUSE DURING TOTAL LYNCHING IN CHICAGO AREA IN 2014 OR 2015 - A STRONG SUPPORTER OF PSYCHIATRY - KILLING THROUGH MK ULTRA BESTIALITY.

NOVO MESTO POLICE DEPARTMENT HAVE WITH PSYCHIATRIST PETER KAPŠ AND PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL LJUBJANA POLJE ENFORCED CRIME IN CHICAGO THROUGH BLACK LIVES MATTER ORGANISATION.

Business Confidential Now with Hanna Hasl-Kelchner. Easy Ways to Improve Business Conflict Management Skills by Richard Blank
Business Confidential Now always aims to give you smart, practical, and timeless tips focused on helping you see things hidden in plain view that matter to your career and bottom line.
Conflict management skills are one of those talents some people are better at than others but being able to turn down the heat in a conversation and find a solution is a powerful leadership competency that can be used where we work, where we play, and even at home in our personal lives.
And who better to talk about this delicate subject than the founder of a call sales center, a business whose daily bread a butter deals with the conflict surrounding unwanted solicitations and complaints!
Conflict management skills are one of those talents some people are better at than others. Being able to turn down the heat in a conversation and find a solution is a powerful leadership competency that can be used where we work, where we play, and even at home in our personal lives.
Season 10 Episode 5. Discover how can we get better and improve our conflict management skills with these great tips from Richard Blank, Chief Executive Officer for Costa Rica’s Call Center.
Appreciation and Further Engagement
I think you're right, Richard. It's about the breakthroughs. So thank you. I appreciate you and the work that you do in helping people improve their conflict management skills. And if you're listening and you'd like to know more about Richard Blank, that information as well as a transcript of this interview can be found in the show notes at businessconfidentialradio.com.
Coaching for Breakthroughs and Growth
We're the best coaches, Hannah. All we do is look for ways to delegate and promote people. And the greatest satisfaction you and I get is walking those rows and standing next to someone who's having breakthroughs, shedding skin, getting so much better and becoming much more marketable. That's paying it forward, in my opinion.
Conflict Resolution through Personal Experience
In your opinion, what's the most important thing we can add to our conflict management skill toolbox? Asking someone if you may make a suggestion prior to saying something. They might not like what you hear, but it reduces it. Almost by half. And if you're going to make a suggestion about somebody and you know they might get offended or they might be embarrassed, before you make the suggestion, refer back to yourself. If you're this mentor with wisdom, let them know what happened when you forgot to put too much gas in your car and you ran out of gas. May I make a suggestion? It might be an extra five bucks to get to the beach because five years ago I was in the convertible. Hannah and I were having fun. Next thing you know, I ran out of gas and ruined the day. And it's just an excellent, excellent, excellent way to diffuse that situation and to give that sort of advice through wisdom. I love that sort of stuff.
Effective Listening and Engagement Strategies
Tons of things. First is taking copious notes and speaking second because what you might think is a priority could be something that they're not even interested in. A lot of the times the potential client or existing client will disclose to you the areas of improvement or the areas that they like. These are also areas to possibly get a referral and upsell and the retention. But in my opinion, it almost should be a two for one in the beginning
Managing Face-to-Face Conflict
Let's just say it's face to face. I believe in energy givers and energy suckers. If someone is giving you energy, look straight in their eyes. But if they're intimidating you, if they're yelling at you, making you uncomfortable and off balance, there is a trick. Look in between their eyes. It really does look like you're looking in their eyes, but they're not going to get you off balance. That's number one. Number two, when you're not speaking, the best thing to do is to practice breathing.
The Importance of Active Listening
As a result, managing conflict and helping your employees improve their conflict management skills is an important part of your work that I'm hoping we can learn from. In your experience, what conflict management skills are most people missing? I believe, Hannah, that most people are missing active listening skills to be much more engaged in conversations, to get that first call resolution, build rapport, keep a client, save a marriage.

I’ve been a trusted advisor for more than 35 years, helping influential decision makers ranging from start-ups to the S&P 500 to the White House and I’ve seen first-hand how what you don’t know in business really can hurt you.
Even if you have one of those fancy Ivy League MBAs, it’s impossible to have all the answers – there are simply too many nooks and crannies in business to be good at everything.
I know first-hand because I HAVE one of those fancy MBAs, I’ve even taught at some of those fancy MBA schools and have been a practicing attorney.
BUT it is possible to discover where those nooks and crannies are, to learn what questions should be asked and to have some fun in the process.
That’s where Business Confidential Now comes in. It gives you access to business information you need to succeed.
Unlike most lawyers, I have both entrepreneurial and corporate experience. Growing up I had a front row seat to my parents American Dream, watching them build a successful business from scratch and later ran my own business before age 30.
I’ve sat on both sides of the desk and that’s why today I love to bridge the gap between business and law through public speaking, teaching and mentoring through Business M.O., LLC, and with M.O.’s Business Confidential Now podcast, to help entrepreneurs see business issues hiding in plain view.
Doing the right things in the right way is not only the right thing to do, it’s smart business because you’re creating a workplace where employees can be their best selves, contribute amazing things and skyrocket your business.
It lets you build a business that’s not only profitable; but, one you can be proud to tell your grandkids about some day. It also helps keep you out of court.
‘Common, you knew I had to mention that.
Oh . . . and don’t forget to check out my new book, Seeking Fairness at Work: Cracking the New Code of Greater Employee Engagement, Retention & Satisfaction.
It was recently awarded a Silver Metal Book Award by the Nonfiction Authors Association.
I’m on a mission to help build healthier business cultures because it’s the secret to happier employees, a more robust bottom lines, and business prosperity.
In this channel I bring you video excerpts from my Business Confidential Now podcast to bring you for valuable information and tips about business issues hiding in plain view that matter to your bottom line.

Navigating CONFLICTS in Communication- Episode 94
One of my favorite quotes is, "We have two ears and one mouth for a reason, to listen twice as much as we speak." This quote hints at a powerful truth. Communication is a give and take, a reciprocation, an openness to learn and think and process another's ideas. But sadly, that respectful spirit is missing from many people's lives, and not enough people make effective communication a priority. Join Richard Blank and I as we discuss this important success principle.

Authenticity and Individuality
I would have loved to have been in your class. I was no more in AP classes at Abington High School than the man on the moon. I have a question for you for these beautiful artists that you're working with and that I know take very seriously their writing. It's almost like telling the truth. You can tell the same story today to five years from now, same details. If you make up, not saying lying, but if you're inventing or if you're out of character, it's very difficult to juggle that and be consistent. My main thing is I don't want you to be like me. I want you to be like you. Yes, we have certain things in common that we have to do, but you do have your own special sauce. And if I believe that somebody builds upon that, And that is their one thing that can really show that separates them from others, like a beautiful color in the packet of crayons. You're still a crayon, but you are a different color. And you can be mixed with other colors to make more colors.
Building a Business: From Small Beginnings to Success
The first goal is to see how many families I could feed. Because if you're thinking about money first, you're going to make very bad decisions. You've got to first think of the natural goal. And then secondly, once again, I started very small where I was just renting a seat out of a blended center. And then I saved enough money to rent space and build out about 150 stations with a server room. And then six years later, I was able to build this current location that I'm in that can house 300 seats. So a lot of your students might think it's like this. or what you see with these new instant millionaires and these TikTok stars. And sometimes it's the tortoise and the hare. Sometimes it's brick by brick. And your AP students didn't get there overnight. That had to have been done three years. And if you can let people understand about building on momentum and mastering certain stages, then I think they would be capable of weathering certain storms and not being so hard on themselves if there's any sort of setback or lost momentum. And for me, I'm very grateful every day. And the fact that I can delegate and promote from within is really something that is amazing to me. And this should have never happened.
Innovative On-boarding: Building a Unique Company Culture
And I might be the only boss to ever know your name. A lot of them tell me that. And so I say that's a shame. And unfortunately, I may be the last one until you become a boss and you start doing that sort of thing. And so these are the sort of foundation trainings that I can do. So instead of just absorbing in class and nodding, you know this, they start contributing. They start contributing. And by having them starting off class in the game room, not in my class, they're playing pinball with me for the first half an hour. So now they own my name. They're relaxing, loosening up a little bit. That's great. And then I'm looking for first downs, not touchdowns. If somebody in the first day of class, if I ask them to repeat what I just mentioned in regards to certain things, they can talk about that. That's a point.
Success Built on Mentorship and Giving Back
And so you see my sincerity in that I was in their shoes one day. And if I didn't have the right coaches and teachers and mentors, my good friend, there is absolutely no way I would have been here today. Not a chance. And so success is built on a million thank yous. And at Abington High School, I have a second language scholarship. I've been doing it for the last six years. Angelo Barrios is a very good friend of mine who's the current principal. And I'm so proud of what he does. And so I pay for freshmen's books every year, graduating senior. And as someone that did learn the second language, not saying athletics, music, or any other subject is important. But I'm talking about Richard. I'm talking about someone that never learned a second language and really took to it. And so as once again, I'm giving back.
Workplace 'Recess' and Employee Well-being
Well, anyway, I got recess at my company. So this is what we have downstairs. I collect pinball machines, retro arcade machines. I got an air hockey table. As you see, I got a jukebox behind me. And so in between their shifts on break and lunch, they can go play games for free and make friends and let off steam and recharge batteries and hang out with me. But that's one thing. That's just an enjoyment-neutral environment here, recess, and I'm making a joke and having fun. But let's be serious about this. I can give them a little bit of Philadelphia guilt, or I can say that, you know, they know better than that. And you also know, Zen, that they're out of character. I've seen them working with me for years. All of a sudden, they're losing their mind for a day. It could be a client that just, the straw that broke the camel's back, or It could be something outside of the office that is affecting their performance here. My goal is to recharge your batteries here to give you job stability so you can confront what's happening outside the office. But this is a multi-generational society. And a lot of these young men and women may be paying for medicine, their rent, taking care of their families.

The Zennurgy Podcast by Zen Ase. An electromagnetic transfer of energy with Richard Blank
Zennurgy is the inspirational tool box providing resources for building a better life. Motivational, practical fuel for the spirit, mind and body to help listeners deal with real life issues. This podcast is based on the idea that small changes over time equal big results. We all have the URGE for more peace (ZEN) and fulfillment in life. Tune in for motivating, uplifting, sometimes hard hitting, comedic, melodic but always real and relatable conversations and interviews with guests from all walks of life.

Peace and blessings.
Marlena "Zen Ase" Johns is an artistic entrepreneur, best-selling author, podcaster, and performer who helps people find their voice and purpose:
Zen Ase taught high school for 26 years, winning Teacher of the Year twice. She began writing poetry and prose in elementary school, but her family didn't support her career. After a divorce in 2014, she reclaimed her writing passion and began performing, podcasting, and publishing.
She focuses on self-development, self-love, and self-empowerment. Her poetry and prose have been published in over a dozen anthologies and magazines, and she has written four books, three of which have been Amazon best sellers. She also hosts workshops, and has organized over 60 live music, comedy, and poetry shows.
Her creative journey is to use art to make sense of the world and alchemize it. She believes that undesirable things, or lead, contain the building blocks for gold, or desirable things.
And a lot of these young men and women may be paying for medicine, their rent, taking care of their families.

The problem is that content marketing, social media, and A.I. are over-simplified buzz words. They are ALL short-term revenue growth hacks. Get rich quick schemes.
Branding, organic seo, online ads, email marketing, digital, traditional, funnel hacking, and automation will continue to leave you empty handed and depleted.
That won't change with your next contracted "yes man".
The Law of Abundance and the Law of the Harvest can work in your favor though.
Especially when you focus your life on serving others.

Sustainable revenue growth is the answer.
Why? Because hype is failing all around you.
96% of businesses fail within 10 years.
Tradition causes that.
But fads aren't the answer.
What can you do about it?
You need true growth, and it's not easy.
You need expert guidance to BUILD a real organization.
1. You must put your customers' needs first.

3. Shifting from a "catch up" culture to a "get ahead" power house takes immense discipline, but great teams enjoy the process.
For lasting success and growth, consider the power of aligning your vision and mission so that your sales department, support team, marketing materials, and processes finally reflect what you envisioned.

Vision Pros Live Podcast by Jackson Calame. What's your vision? Richard Blank tells all on Session 1
Learn powerful wisdom from awesome visionary leaders and gain access to growth principles, methods, and resources that will take YOUR vision to the next level!
Vision Pros Live Podcast .The secret ingredients to success are in your blind spots.
https://youtu.be/sGhQnbYqx7I
The problem is that content marketing, social media, and A.I. are over-simplified buzz words.
How can you better tap into the power of that truth?
Hard-work is to be embraced.
Entrepreneurs and business leaders that truly care about the people they serve see value in our approach.
If you want to make an impact that helps more people throughout this world, call me.
2. Your “minimum budget” shouldn’t be your focus. Your desired results should be because strategy isn't a passive afterthought.
3. Shifting from a "catch up" culture to a "get ahead" power house takes immense discipline, but great teams enjoy the process.
For lasting success and growth, consider the power of aligning your vision and mission so that your sales department, support team, marketing materials, and processes finally reflect what you envisioned.
I'm sad to see how many visionaries fail by trying to force it on the wrong teams.
If you're reading this still, it's because you or your team need guidance to achieve meaningful growth, so just reach out.
I truly care about forming the right relationships.
If you have 5-10 years of experience in your field, you're ready for proper support.
If you're a mission-centric person, passionately serving your market then come ready to teach us all about you and what you do because we need to believe in it, too.
We show up ready to dive in because legacies aren't built with passive effort.
If you're making a massive impact and building a better future for our world, and you value dedicated team members that aren't scared to refine your vision with you we look forward to catching up with you!

We’re a professional publishing agency that makes the process of writing and publishing a book an easy walk for busy entrepreneurs who know the power of a published book, want to write and publish one but are too busy having fun running their businesses.
Since 2018, our proven system has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs, thought leaders, coaches, consultants, and experts become instant authority while leveraging their published books to get speaking gigs, invited to speak at conferences and guests on top podcasts.
What do you need to write and publish your best business card – a book with your name?
When you use our proven system, all you need is an idea, your expertise, and the end goal you want from having a published book.
We handle the content, and production processes like writing, editing, proofreading, cover design, publishing, and distribution – you need to block off some hours of your time for a week to “speak” your book. Then we handle the rest of the process.
And we don’t stop at that!
We also give you a proven blueprint you can copy to use your book to get more visibility, get on podcasts as a guest to share your expertise, and get more leads and paying clients for your business.
We focus on ensuring you have a direct path to ROI, which is the most important component. Plus, our entire book production system takes any heavy lifting of writing, preparing, and publishing a book off your plate.
We have also made business networking and becoming a published author work together in one single way.
How?
For busy and successful entrepreneurs who might not be ready to take on a solo book project, we also have many multi-author book projects they can join as co-author for a fraction of the time and financial resources it will take to write and publish a solo book.
We have created a system for like-minded experts, thought leaders, coaches, and consultants to share their stories and expertise in one book.
The relationships you form through these multi-author book projects on their own are worth more than their weight in gold.
You can become an instant authority in your field or niche while connecting with 10 to 20 amazing entrepreneurs like you with whom you share the same passion and getting exposure to the audience they have built for years.
You can find details of our ongoing multi-book project you can join here.
Are you considering having a book in your name for more visibility, credibility, and the instant authority you get from becoming a published author? Would you like to work with a book publishing agency that wants you to win?

Un video en donde se expone la complicidad de Dross, con la pagina web Fracanautas.Com, en base a su relacion cercana con Gerardo Bloomerfield y Miguel House.
The project is made more appealing by Birla Ojasvi's position on a mostly empty, 80-foot-wide road with no traffic. In spite of being in the centre of Bangalore's Rajarajeshwari Nagar, people may take use of the conveniences of city living while yet enjoying a tranquil setting. With roomy layouts that meet the demands of contemporary families and guarantee that every house is a tranquil haven from the bustle of the city, the floor plans are created to fully utilise these two advantages.
