In 2011 my wife read The Hobbit to two of us and we recorded it for a lark. This is that recording, mistakes, pauses, bad sound and all. She now has dementia and cannot read so we like to listen to these so she can remember.

Theyre taking the hobbits to Isengard

A cachumentary about the Event held in Tennessee. Dueling groups of cachers (one known as the hobbits and hobbit sympathizers and the other as orcs and dwarves), have been battling each other for the past 6 months. They threw down the gauntlet in January and created a challenging series of caches. The event took us all through the whole park and made a fun game of it all.

What started off as a few innocent caches based on a simple LOTR theme, turned into a throw down between the Hobbits and Hobbit sympathizes against the Orcs and their sympathizers. This video chronicles this story.... or maybe it just chronicles a geocache event based on some background story like that.
