Almost four years ago my son, Jordan, Jensen and I were banging our heads against a brick wall trying to make our clients successful at developing pipeline, something every business we spoke to was struggling with in one form or another, whether it's size, quality or progression. So we tested every approach known. And we're still testing!
In the last two years we have refined our approach and now share this with others who want to leverage social media to build meaningful relationships that scale over time.

Jensen started his career as an apprentice stone mason spending most of his days fitting precious stone into kitchens and by night hitting the gym preparing himself for competition. Today, he is part of the Walking Digital Corridors team putting his new found digital relationship building into practice. Being the youngest on the team it’s lovely to hear of his successes developing relationships with his target audience as a BDR.
Richard’s vision quest journey is filled with twists and turns. At 27 years old, he relocated to Costa Rica to train employees for one of the larger call centers in San Jose. With a mix of motivational public speaking style backed by tactful and appropriate rhetoric, Richard shared his knowledge and trained over 10 000 bilingual telemarketers over two decades.
Richard Blank has the largest collection of restored American Pinball machines and antique Rockola Jukeboxes in Central America making gamification a strong part of CCC culture.Richard Blank is the Chief Executive Officer for Costa Rica’s Call Center since 2008.
Mr. Richard Blank holds a bachelors degree in Communication and Spanish from the University of Arizona and a certificate of language proficiency from the University of Sevilla, Spain.

Paying it forward to Abington Senior High School is very important to Mr. Blank. I suffered 3 years of intimidation and death threats during the Zimbabwe government's illegal farm takeovers, eventually being unlawfully arrested, rigorously interrogated, and detained by police.
After being released I was prevented from returning to my farm. I left Zimbabwe in 2004 with only 2 suitcases to start over in Canada.
Specialties: My challenging and often dangerous experiences in Africa have given me a unique ability for survival and recovery. It has given me a wealth of experiences to enrich my writing and weave compelling stories

My working career has included marketing management in small and large corporations, starting and running several of my own businesses before returning to Zimbabwe to farm for 10 years.
I suffered 3 years of intimidation and death threats during the Zimbabwe government's illegal farm takeovers, eventually being unlawfully arrested, rigorously interrogated, and detained by police.
After being released I was prevented from returning to my farm. I left Zimbabwe in 2004 with only 2 suitcases to start over in Canada.
Specialties: My challenging and often dangerous experiences in Africa have given me a unique ability for survival and recovery. It has given me a wealth of experiences to enrich my writing and weave compelling stories

Richard’s vision quest journey is filled with twists and turns. At 27 years old, he relocated to Costa Rica to train employees for one of the larger call centers in San Jose. With a mix of motivational public speaking style backed by tactful and appropriate rhetoric, Richard shared his knowledge and trained over 10 000 bilingual telemarketers over two decades.
Richard Blank has the largest collection of restored American Pinball machines and antique Rockola Jukeboxes in Central America making gamification a strong part of CCC culture.Richard Blank is the Chief Executive Officer for Costa Rica’s Call Center since 2008.

Paying it forward to Abington Senior High School is very important to Mr. Blank. We all face challenges in our private and professional lives. Finding ways to overcome or mitigate those challenges enables us to continue moving forward. By doing this, we lessen the chance of losing focus on the things that truly matter.
I’ve encountered numerous setbacks and disappointment, only to bounce back even stronger and achieve successive new highs each time.
At age 25, newly married and during construction of my first home, suddenly laid off, living from savings and Union handouts.
The ten years that followed consisted of highs and lows, traveling, working, and growing in exotic and remote locations, covering the width and breadth of Australia and New Zealand. From island resorts to iron ore smelters, from icy winters to sweltering summers. From the majestic countryside to barren plains. From starting my first business to being investigated for fraud and embezzlement.
Fast forward 15 more years and those swings continued. As did my learning and growth, with each stumble providing opportunities to pause and reflect, seeking ways to regroup and capitalize, before resuming that upward trajectory.
Turning 50, saw plenty to celebrate – a successful career, living the life of an expat, financially secure, but then came the lows and they were extreme. Aggressive cancer, divorce, and bankruptcy to name just three. The mental and physical challenges were immense.
However, I not only survived but have thrived. Living and working across the world, even becoming a global head of Learning. Along the way I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing enormously diverse cultures with wonderfully gifted people.
My journey in helping others has become my obsession. It’s what ignites the flame that gets me leaping out of bed each morning. There are few rewards greater than being able to utilize my learned skills and support executives who are stuck and unfortunately cannot find clarity. At the same they wish to overcome their career challenges and feel better defined. I feel blessed to work with each of them and cherish the moments as we co-create their future together.

We all face challenges in our private and professional lives. Finding ways to overcome or mitigate those challenges enables us to continue moving forward. By doing this, we lessen the chance of losing focus on the things that truly matter.
I’ve encountered numerous setbacks and disappointment, only to bounce back even stronger and achieve successive new highs each time.
At age 25, newly married and during construction of my first home, suddenly laid off, living from savings and Union handouts.
The ten years that followed consisted of highs and lows, traveling, working, and growing in exotic and remote locations, covering the width and breadth of Australia and New Zealand. From island resorts to iron ore smelters, from icy winters to sweltering summers. From the majestic countryside to barren plains. From starting my first business to being investigated for fraud and embezzlement.
Fast forward 15 more years and those swings continued. As did my learning and growth, with each stumble providing opportunities to pause and reflect, seeking ways to regroup and capitalize, before resuming that upward trajectory.
Turning 50, saw plenty to celebrate – a successful career, living the life of an expat, financially secure, but then came the lows and they were extreme. Aggressive cancer, divorce, and bankruptcy to name just three. The mental and physical challenges were immense.
However, I not only survived but have thrived. Living and working across the world, even becoming a global head of Learning. Along the way I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing enormously diverse cultures with wonderfully gifted people.
My journey in helping others has become my obsession. It’s what ignites the flame that gets me leaping out of bed each morning. There are few rewards greater than being able to utilize my learned skills and support executives who are stuck and unfortunately cannot find clarity. At the same they wish to overcome their career challenges and feel better defined. I feel blessed to work with each of them and cherish the moments as we co-create their future together.

Kisha faced silent battles with her mental well-being throughout the years. In March 2020, she hit a critical low mentally, exhausted by the negative thoughts and turmoil in her mind and this pivotal moment marked the beginning of a transformative journey, which she chronicles in her Amazon Best Selling book, ‘From Havoc to Healing: 30 Days of Reconditioning’.
Kisha founded Upgraded MindsetZ in June 2020 and evolved it into a supportive platform of administrative support, coaching, mentorship, media services, and other inspirational initiatives focused on personal and entrepreneurial growth for women.
After being let go from her corporate job in November 2020, Kisha transitioned into full-time entrepreneurship and hasn’t looked back! She is also the co-owner of UPM Suites in Peoria, IL. UPM is a local resource hub that provides community outreach, beauty-enhancing services, and retail shopping space to other small businesses who offer a diverse range of products and services.
