How to use it?
When applying aloe vera gel to the skin, don't cut off the tip of a leaf and squeeze out the gel. This practice releases the toxic aloin (the yellow part) along with the gel, resulting in irritation. Instead of squeezing, cut the aloe leaf at the base of the plant, slip on a pair of plastic, non-latex gloves and fillet the aloe vera leaf with a sharp knife. Once the aloe vera leaf is opened into two halves, scrape the top layer of clear gel from the leaf using a butter knife. Leave behind the lower layer of gel.
Most Beneficial Part of Aloe Vera?
It's the Aloe Gel : which i have used in this video, turns out it is actually odourless too, the latex / juice ( the skin of the aloe) is what you should be always avoid using, so scoop out the clear aloe gel with a butter knife & use it.
Does Aloe Vera is for all skin type?
No! How can it be, turns out some people can be allergic to aloe vera, so my recommendation would be to do patch test for it, apply the clear aloe gel near use next : wait for 24 hrs to see weather it reacts or irritates your skin, if it does...I am sorry my friend, it's not for you. Don't worry even I am allergic to using curd on my face..
Aloe Vera for Children and Pets
Always display the aloe vera plant out of the reach of young children and animals. The University of Wisconsin lists aloe vera as a toxic plant and reports that aloe vera latex consumed in large quantities can lead to diarrhea

6 oz fillet of Sturgeon
32 Oz. jar of Frank's sauerkraut
2 fresh eggs
3 idaho potatoes
i cup Canola oil
1 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cups wine vinegar, buttermilk & butter
1/2 lb fresh pitted cherries & fresh English peas
1/2 cup sliced red onion
Salt, pepper, roasted garlic, rosemary, marjoram
Sprigs chervil and dill
Place sauerkraut on baking pan in low oven overnight. Next day remove and crumble, pulverize in blender.
Gnocchi: Shred and boil potatoes. When finished, rice them. Add to blender with pulverized sauerkraut and flour. Knead out gnocchi dough and cut into one inch pieces. Boil. When gnocchi rises it's done.
Marinate sturgeon in red wine, oil, marjoram, rosemary and roasted garlic. Rub with oil and grill on open spit, wood grill or hot pan for 1-2 minutes per side prior to serving (all four sides).
Salad dressing: Emulsify 2 eggs, oil, buttermilk and red wine vinegar. Pinch salt & pepper.
Salad: Quarter fresh cherries; add the peas and onion. Mix with dressing.
