(via Modis), I ensured network security by installing Certificate Authority templates on devices and meticulously configuring devices. At Google (via Adecco), I leveraged proprietary software to enhance user experiences and troubleshoot device-camera issues. With Google Professional Certificates and a degree in Digital Communications from Calvin University, I'm well-equipped for Data Analytics and IT roles. “Take risks”…what a common and cliché saying. We hear it often and maybe even believe it, but how often do we actually take risks and jump into the seemingly-endless pit of the unknown? I’ve taken a few risks in my life and I think I’m about to take another one…I’ll share more about it on my podcast - The Moses Kabandana Podcast - but I figured I should write this shortly before the plane takes off.

Dave Lorenzo: Great. It used to be a novelty. Now it is essential. And this is the conversation that we have with our kids. This is the conversation I have with anybody who's willing to listen because it's the you're you're in the next 10 years, 65, 70% of, uh, of our country is going to. Uh, folks who speak in other language and the majority of those folks will probably be Spanish speaking.
So, you know, I think that you are providing a great service because it's gonna be a competitive advantage, cuz you can probably do it better and less expensive than we could do it here in the United States. And I think that your agents who are, who are taking calls from the United States will probably be taking an equal number of calls in English and Spanish in 15 years from customer.
I, I just, I see it happening very interesting.
Richard Blank: You, you bring that up because the certain key performance indicator that KPI is talk time and also conversion ratios. There's two metrics that are increased by at least 20%. When you're on a phone, speaking in Spanish with a client, the call goes longer. They make less calls that day, but their conversion ratio is higher.
Obviously it's their native tongue. Or as you were mentioning about certain de details and certain mannerisms that people use. They might be able to connect better with somebody on the phone, speaking Spanish. I, I almost see it as like Popeye with spinach. Once they switch over to Spanish, all of a sudden they're calling you Don Davi they're though.
And these are the sort of things where I can tell in regards to their tone and their rate and their pitch, they're pausing and they're pregnant pausing and their follow up tie down questions that they're extremely comfortable, not only with the conversation, but with. Client that they've only met just five minutes ago.
They've already figured out 12 different things in common. So their me too technique is off the roof.
Inside BS Show has accepted my invitation to join your audience for a solid discussion regarding taking a chance by moving abroad and starting a company from scratch in Costa Rica. Dave Lorenzo discusses with Richard advanced telemarketing strategy, conflict management, interpersonal soft skills, customer support, rhetoric, gamification, employee motivation and phonetic micro expression reading.

While we are on the topic of “my body, my choice” I figured it should be noted that your SONS deserve to have a choice in what happens to their bodies.
Destroyed simultaneously - as soon as I would leave them behind and even loaded with viruses which would destroy another operating system as soon as connected with two - were also two operating systems copies - lost recovered data from third drive because of stated. Anything left behind(went for a walk and figured that would be good to leave some stuff rather at home - certain since only were two hard drives of which one was prepared for mom it would be okay) in here in computer related form is not destined to last even 5 hours.

I've finally conquered Sony Vegas and figured out how to actually upload video files! No more still image reviews. This is the start of a video series covering the topic of love potions and Cupid's arrow as plot devices in cartoon. In this first video, I'm reviewing/discussing the Breadwinners episode "Love Loaf."

In March of 2012, Reggie Watts stripped Ridley Scott's 1985 film "Legend" of its soundtrack and performed a new one before a live audience. He made the audio available for download from his website, but I figured it would be enjoyed by more people if I went to the trouble of syncing it up myself. Share and enjoy. Here's hoping "Fair Use" will cover my butt.

For the first time researchers figured out that your tonsils may play an important role in fighting cancer. This new discovery could result in doctors (and patients) rethinking their decisions to taking the tonsils out.
Since YouTube seems to be throwing a tantrum, I figured I would try Veoh and see what happens. YAY.
Rated not suitable for children due to animated blood, animated violence and mild language.
Some of you asked what Aion was like, so I figured I would record a minute of the quest I had in progress. I'm simply killing spirits around the wasteland.
My class is the Chanter. It's some sort of combination of a melee class and a healer. :)
i had this on youtube so i figured y not post it here the cast is on youtube and their names are Sailor Moon: Self Cast Sailor Mini Moon: GrayMermaidPrincess Queen Nehelenia: xXxTeaChanxXx
To celebrate the New Year, I figured I'd upload this footage from back in August of me beating one difficult challenge of a game. What, you say? None other than Battletoads for the Nintendo Entertainment System. This game tormented so many kids back in 1991, and I'm gonna beat it for all of them. All of those tears of not getting through the third level may now be dried. Also, poor quality yet again, but this video is so long that if I saved it in HD it'd be like, over 3 gigabytes, and I'm running low on hard drive space atm, so bear with me. :P Hope you enjoy my run! I didn't have to use the five-live code, but I showed and used a little live-farming trick on the last level. Note that the max you can get out of this is nine lives. I actually would have only had to use a continue and only three extra lives had I known that I'd beat it with that much, so I'm pretty pissed that I wasted a lot of time with the other extra lives I got, but still, nonetheless, it got done, and I'm still proud. :)
So for part 2 I figured on finding out what Borehamwood offered and what could you do if there was literally no escape. Perhaps that's too extreme a scenario, but there had to be some reason to keep some people put. So what is it that makes or breaks the town's reputation? Hopefully some of those questions will be answered with this short film what I made.
Original Creation Date: January 8th 2009 This was my first fandub! I wanted to see how I'd do on Xion's lines so I dubbed over the Japanese. I also did Roxas and Axel with the help of Garageband's voice changer and a few pitch settings on the recording. I edited Xion's lines a bit to make the lips match with proper timing and others just cause I felt like it should be different. Proper subs were put over the original ones with YouTube's annotations where the lines were changed. Please leave comments and tell me what you think! Thank you! All Voices by yumeXXgirl (khcrazy10 on youtube aka Tara St. Michel) [Edit] I pronouced Xion's name wrong in Axel's line because I figured they'd translate the Shion sound to Zeeon in the English version. That didn't happen according to the E3 trailer though!
I'm back, and the chat series will be resumed as soon as I dig through my old files and find them. Just figured I'd let everyone know I'm not dead, at least not yet haha.
We had plenty of dog videos on line. We figured the cat was a little jealous. So she wrote directed, stared in, and editied, the whole thing. She is fine and still doing great despite our new puppy.
The other day we went to the garden centre and I figured it was a great opportunity to test out my Sanyo Xacti CG20. Also, my Cath Kidston mug was, like, AMAZEBALLS.

Like many conventions, WonderCon had its own special vibe and unique aspects. We figured, what better way to get to the bottom of the questions "What is WonderCon ?" than to ask those attending. There were many colorful characters with colorful answers in the city by the bay.
Watch as KP takes a journey around Moscone Center and gets to the bottom of WonderCon's true meaning. Super heros, villains, attendees, KP asks them all. So that leaves one question for you to answer: what is WonderCon?

Here it is. Better sound and great titles. One concept idea for a movie CD to show the making of Altered Sensorium "The Feeling Winds." (Now On Itunes). I figured, if you get a sweet sounding CD, why not watch the making of such in an included dvd? Let's see what the viewing stats have to say about the thumbs up, or thumbs down, on this project.
This is the final part of a fun interview with a majority of the cast from the English dub of the anime series Pani Poni Dash. Its basically just a blooper reel, but still entertaining. This is taken from the original ADV Films release. IT IS NOT on the Funimation version of the release sadly. As we all know, ADV Films is no more, so I figured this was fair game for uploading. Featured in this part are: Maggie Flecknoe (Ichijo), Natalie Nassar (Miyako Uehara), Carlee Gabrisch (Rei Tachibana), Cynthia Martinez (Otome Akiyama), Brittney Karbowski (Himeko Katagiri), Serena Varghese (Yuma Kashiwagi and Yuna Kashiwagi), Steven Foster (ADR Director), Hilary Haag (Becky Miyamoto), Eve Jones (Zula), Rozie Curtis (Behoimi), and Lesley Tesh (Hibiki Watanuki).

The heist was a piece of cake. It didn't bother Parker that the priceless statue was in a Russian diplomat's houseâ¦because he had no scruples about ripping off a Red. It didn't bother Parker that his ex-girlfriend had blackmailed him into pulling this jobâ¦because he figured out how to make an extra fifty grand on the deal. It did bother Parker that somebody else was trying to steal the statue first -- because being second wasn't Parker's style. Whether he was up against the mob or the KGB, Parker intended to beat them all at the stealing game. Of course, he didn't count on a double cross, a two-timing blonde, and one lethal luger aimed at making him not only second, but last. Dead last.

Since I started riding twisty roads at night, I found the need to illuminate turns. This had been an age-old problem ever since I first got on the bike, and I never figured out a really simple, easy, cheap, and quick way to solve it. All I had to do was apply tape to my existing camping headlamp!

Some behind the scenes from Shank Hall at last night's tour kickoff during the Great Milwaukee Flood of 2010. I'm still working out exactly how best to shoot with the iPhone 4, so sorry if it doesn't look great yet, but we'll be shooting every day on this tour, so hopefully by the end I'll have it figured out!
I purchased the new iPhone 4, so my old tripod mount works but I figured since I have a new phone I should have a new tripod mount and above is what I have come up with any questions please let me know.
Difficulty: 0/10. Since I'm not going to be skipping any cutscenes in my level runs I figured I'd put up a video of this cutscene (otherwise it would eventually be the only cutscene left out, think about it). This can also be seen as a quality test of sorts (this was made with a Dazzle capture card). I plan to do all of the levels in order, so expect Georgia Street next. The difficulty is my personal opinion of how hard the level is to get through without dying (all videos will be no-death runs if possible), which obviously is 0 in this case because there's no actual gameplay.
