When King Allfire and the Emperor of China decide to organize an exchange program, Loungealot and Flicker are sent to China, while the Emperor's son, Ho-Lee-Pow arrives in Camelhot. Each kingdom is quickly turned upside down when Loungealot accidentally unleashes a sleeping New Year's Dragon, and Ho-lee-Pow destroys Sir Blaze's garden.
