6. Drag-n-drop import files to Navicat
To start an Import Wizard in Navicat, you can just drag your import files over and then drop them into the target database.
7. Set variable - Server Monitor
You can edit values for the variables in MySQL and Oracle servers directly in Navicat. To do so, select “Server Monitor” for your target server from the “Tools” menu. Under the “Variables” tab, click the button next to the value or press Ctrl+Enter to open it for editing.
8. Table shortcut
Simply right-click the table and choose “Create Open Table Shortcut”. You can then open the table without starting Navicat.
9. Drag-n-drop query icon between Navicat and OS (right and left drop)
If you right-drop a query from Navicat to a Windows location, you can choose to copy, move, or create query shortcuts. If you left-drop a query, Navicat will move the query to that location.
http://www.proficad.com In this video we will learn how to draw electrical wiring on a floor plan (wiring diagram for installation). First we will set up the orientation of the title block. In drawings on one sheet of paper the title block should be positioned in portrait direction (F12 - title block). Let us start with the floorplan. We will draw it into the background layer. We can set the snap to a smaller value, so we can set the width of the windows the same as the width of the walls. Object can be cloned by dragging them while holding the Ctrl key. Next let us draw the electrical wiring into another layer. Right click (while entering a symbol) turns a symbol by 90°. This way we would finish the drawing. The values for the title block need to be entered in the File - Options (F12) - Summary dialog window. It is possible to generate a list of wires (File - List of wires). We can enter a name of a wire or cable in the Properties panel. The name appears in the list. Here is the finished diagram. http://youtu.be/gvyQB5xT8SU
